But the 6m shares were bought last November so the 8m headroom was available then.

So what happened to the headroom of 8m shares at the beginning of the year?

All I know is that the company is illegally witholding 6m shares from a shareholder who has paid for them and has had it acknowledged by the company that those shares are legally his. Explain that!
