V111JAS - The first 2 CLN's from RMD have a conversion price of 4p and a proposed £300k CLN facility mentined in the AGM resolutions has a conversion price of 2.2p. That's how I understand it.

And it will be 228m shares in issue not 180m and that's before any RTO!

The original deal was 12.5% of revenue. The current deal is 50% of profit. Two very different things.

Delta - you forgot that PPP no longer has a $5m debt on its balance sheet.

What's interesting is that Chalk Talk is not the well that the original Petroquest loan was secured on. That was City of Gonzales #1.

Ssccss - None of this was discussed on last night's call as they would only answer questions on operational matters as only Mavriky was in attendance despite the RNS stating Spinks would be there.

The shares were suspended by the company because they could not file the March 2024 accounts in time. The accounts are now fully up to date so it's obviously the company's choice not to seek re- commemcement of trading for whatever reasons. I have emailed them to try and find out why.

Noticed that the 200k seller has sold at least 1.2m shares last week so hopefully he can't have many more left. Can't see any large holder other than the directors or a TR1 so bit of a mystery as to who it is. Looking forward to April.

Well you appear to be wrong in your view according to the Chairman:

"The Company is well funded and cash generation will improve as orders build."

You've been saying that for over a year. Have you found the 300,000 shares you never bought yet? Liar
