@SimonBolivar As far as I know they don't have to, but they may do. Just as with the quarterly reports, they may plan to have a webinar/Q&A as well, in which case they would.

As I've posted recently, what's fantastic is that Havieron is still totally open at depth, and when Shaun Day was asked about his often stated wish to follow the Havieron ore body "down to the centre of the earth", he said on the last webinar:

"We've already got 1,000M of vertical extent on that, where we have a resource, and holes 200-300M further below that, where we continue to intercept the ore body, so, although only a few data points, there's no structural reason why this is a cut off."

"Don't forget the first 1,000M, just on the SE Crescent, gives us 20 years of mining life, at least at the 2.8M tonnes scenario. So we are spoilt for mine life."

"Having said that, one of the things we put in the study (Havieron FS) is a bulk handling system. Think of this as a dedicated decline, with a conveyor in it. Conveyors are great. Good ESG, but better economics. Those efficient material handling systems actually make the ore body more economic at depth".

"Feasibility Study targeted in Dec Quarter 2025, assessing an initial 2.8Mtpa mining rate (post ramp-up) and expansion to 4.0 - 4.5Mtpa by development of a second decline, underground crusher and material handling system"

It's looking a fair chance it'll get to US$ 3,800 +/- today, but probably a lot of resistance to breach.

Warren Buffett and his business partner Charlie Munger famously argued that investors only need to find a handful of "wonderful" businesses to become wealthy, rather than holding a broadly diversified portfolio of many average stocks. Well, I agree, and you can guess what my handful includes, and, the biggest by far! Any financial adviser would keel over if they knew!

This is what Shaun Day stated in the presentation last week, and, IMHO, is highly significant, because, as CEO, you just don't make comments like it, unless you follow it up, especially after what happened after the Q2 CY25 report. It surely wasn't just an 'off the cuff' comment, but maybe a bit more like the famous 'Havieron image behind Callum Baxter moment' years ago, which many will remember....Only time will tell!

Also of note, the oil price has pretty much remained below US$70 throughout Q3 CY25, apart from a few days just over. This should help the AISC levels as well.

Well, what to say? The Gold Price in Oz dollars has just hit A$ 5,700, yet another record...

Putting this in perspective for Greatland Resources:

In Q1 CY25 we sold 89,125oz at a weighted average price of A$ 4,585, which was the major part (excluding Cu) of the A$ 458 million revenue

In Q2 CY25 we sold 87,529oz at a weighted average price of A$ 5,014, which was the major part (excluding Cu) of the A$ 487 million revenue.

We're now only 1 week until the end of Q3 CY25 (Q1 FY26), and the gold price hasn't dropped below A$5,000 the whole quarter. It's been over A$5,300 for the past two weeks, and is currently at A$5,700.

I totally appreciate that we don't know at what point gold sales have been/are made, but surely this has to be a stonking revenue/free cash quarter, because the average price must now be over A$5,300, at least! Compare that with the last two quarters, and we must be purely 'printing' free cash!

Some comparison here with WSBN, but, IMHO, they miss a very important factor.

What I particularly like about the 'The Paterson Project' is that the old, significant, Copper drilling intercepts, are relatively shallow and can be targeted using RC drilling, which makes it both cheaper, initially at least, to explore further (and especially in relation to the likes of WSBN in the area currently, requiring diamond drilling at significantly more depth), but also, if it comes to it, much cheaper to develop. Mind you, that's all in the future, but, with the very limited free float, and potential, although high risk, this is definitely one to hold for me.

If anyone hasn't watched them yet, there are a couple of excellent films, which I've enjoyed several times, 'The Big Short' (2015) & 'Margin Call' (2011).

The news: The Australian share market closed higher after as gold miners rallied, tracking gains in the spot price of gold as it neared a new record high.

The benchmark ASX 200 rose 0.43% to end at 8,810.9 with six out of the 11 sectors finishing in green.

The materials sector (+2.6%) was the biggest gainer, as gold miners tracked gains in the spot price of gold in the previous session and throughout the day. Genesis Minerals (+13.9%) and Greatland Resources (+11.6%) were the best performing gold miners....

UBS has upgraded its gold price forecasts and lifted price targets across ASX gold miners by up to 27%, now anticipating a peak gold price of US$3,900/oz by mid-2026 (which translates to A$6,000/oz for Australian investors)

The investment bank expects earnings per share upgrades of 15-35% for the sector in FY26-27, driven by what it describes as an "extended free cash flow harvest phase" as higher gold prices flow through to company financials.
