Indeed Mark! There's unlikely to be anything new, apart from reiterating the amazing, positive results & comments from Shaun Day already, over the past couple of weeks.

To be fair, I'm guessing it'll be pretty much what Shaun has stated in his last interview with Liam, and what was in the Investor's Chronicle piece. There may be some more detail on the likes of the west dome deeps drilling gold grades, but it can't be any 'market sensitive' information. As I mentioned before, I think it likely that we'll have an updated Greatland company presentation released for the conference, which may well drop tomorrow, since they did this last year.

Sadly, IMHO, what a lot of people, still, just don't understand, having seen what has happened to Greatland Gold over the past few years, being manipulated, and controlled, both in actual terms (by, for sure Newcrest, and to a lesser degree by Newmont), and in share price terms, is that we're now a producer, and it's now completely & utterly different from our previous standing.

Thankfully, and increasingly, investors, both retail, and increasingly institutional, are now coming to realise this, and exactly how ridiculously undervalued we are!

With the upcoming, hopefully well staged, as is now required, surely positive, and I mean increasingly positive, Telfer news & updates, based on the likes of an amazing, increasing, gold price (and don't forget the copper!), what is there not to like?!

The POG in Australian Dollars is currently just AUD 1 below another new record intraday high at AUD 4604, with the last record price, on Monday, at AUD 4605.

IMHO, anyone with any understanding of Greatland, and what we have, and where we're going, and the usual manipulative markets, can clearly see where this is going next week, and it ain't down, for sure! DYOR & GLA!

Not at all Freddie, but, then again, be honest, you're probably, maybe until very recently, for whatever reason, one of those same, usual suspect, de-rampers. Enjoy the ride now! :-)

In all of my 40+ years of investing, I can honestly say that I've never seen a more articulate, knowledgeable about their company, shareholder approachable, media savvy CEO than Shaun Day.

OK, I accept that the usual, suspect, de-rampers on here will say that's 'fawning', but, in reality, IMHO, it's clear fact!

If we do get an updated Greatland corporate presentation for the Bell Potter Conference, starting on Monday, I wonder if we'll get, just maybe, an indication of what we're now finding in gold grades in the West Dome Deeps drilling?

It increasingly looks like there are big orders to cover, but a bit of time for the MM's to to cover them, with the usual games played in between, hence the more steady move north. That timeframe may well be diminishing, so it could be interesting. Just MHO.

It also looks like 'Ed Stone #2' is soon to be buried at sea as well!

Yes, and it's also great to see the now, the very much increased, steady stream of positive news from Shaun Day, and/or in the media, about Telfer/Havieron, no longer 'censored' by Newcrest & Newmont! There's also a head of upcoming news, which is all looking increasingly positive too, with dates of release known to shareholders. It's all looking good, but, not wanting to get carried away, we're now producers, and. having worked for decades in natural resource companies in production myself, things can crop up. That said, I can't see any of those at this time.

Having read and heard various, mostly negative comments in different media over the past few years, from staff working at Telfer, it's pleasing to hear comments which Stuart Hinds posted on X yesterday:

"Having been in coms with many over the last 4 years or so the culture has certainly changed over the last two months.

One said “They care- not something we are used too and we were suspicious. It’s nice to come to work although I would say we are working harder than ever."

With this and others, it's clear that there's a much more positive vibe from our team there, which is great to hear!

I know that Shaun Day has recently mentioned the two rigs drilling at the 'West Dome Deeps', saying that the grades were, "super exciting", but I don't recall him saying anywhere before, "...the highest grade [of gold] seen at Telfer since 2005"!

This really is looking even more positive than it already is for the Q1 update due in April!

On Havieron, another indication from Shaun of a possible second decline:

“While the Newcrest approach was always to think about it in the paradigm of a single decline, we really think about it from first principles, and think 'what is the optimal mining rate, and then how do we back solve infrastructure around that?'”

Chief executive Shaun Day says Telfer should have more life in it than is indicated by the current reserve

Greatland Gold (GGP) says its new Telfer gold and copper mine could stay in production well beyond the 15-month life outlined when its purchase was first agreed with Newmont (US:NEM) last September, boosting earnings as the company continues to work towards a future opening of the separate Havieron mine.

Last month Greatland reported production of 29,864 ounces (oz) of gold in the first four weeks of owning Telfer. Boosted by the new production and record prices for the precious metal, its market capitalisation moved back above £1bn in late January, the first time it has hit that mark in four years.

Chief executive Shaun Day said the company's arrival as Telfer's new operator has brought "optimism" at the mine site that previous work to find new gold to extract could now prolong production.

Drilling done under the existing pit has identified "the highest grade [of gold] seen at Telfer since 2005", he said, adding: "It's only now we have two rigs drilling that out, even though it's a glittering prize." Newmont, as the world's largest gold miner, has less interest in eking out all resources, whereas investors in a smaller company such as Greatland value even incremental increases in mine life....
