As we know, Shaun Day has stated that the Telfer JORC Resource report is scheduled for "later this quarter", so before the end of March.

I just looked back and the last Newmont Reserves & Resources 2023 report, which included Telfer, was released on the 22nd February 2024. Prior to that Newcrest used to release theirs, consistently, between 13th - 17th February every year, before they changed to August reports in 2022.

I'm not saying that there should necessarily be any correlation with Greatland now, but clearly it could be published at any time now, maybe sooner than some think.

The JORC Resource on Telfer is scheduled for "later this quarter (before end March)".

Coffee with Samso Episode 200 is a David and Goliath story that could be a second chance for those investors who felt they missed out on past opportunities.

The Greatland Gold Plc (AIM: GGP) is the classic case of the need to understand the content of management and the technical aspects of a #mineralresource project.

Why do I still see Greatland Gold Plc as a viable Proposition for the Retail Investor?

Firstly, they are largely unknown to the sector. Currently, they have an AUD $2B market capitalisation hidden on the #LondonStockExchange AIM Market platform. If you click on that link, you will see the unimpressive on the London Stock Exchange. What is an AUD billion dollar company hidden in this nature?

The answer to that question is one of the first points I make in the #CoffeewithSamso with Shaun Day, the Managing Director of Greatland Gold. The company is an overnight success that has taken a decade of hard work and sweaty rattling of the tin to keep the doors from shutting.

Sorry, but you appear to have missed out here Mrj. It looks like I can add you to the list of people who already appear to be indicating, and increasingly will, saying the likes of, "I just wish I'd bought/topped up when the GGP sp was at Xp", as the sp steadily, or more, moves north now.

Just for more information, as per the 'AIM Admission Document dd. 10th September 2024'...

"The O’Callaghans deposit is a skarn hosted polymetallic body sitting within limestone overlying the buried O’Callaghans granite. A mineral resource reported in 2023 by Newmont includes a total Mineral resource of ~54Mt containing 189kt of W (tungsten) at 0.35%, 156kt Cu (copper) at 0.29%, 335kt of Zn (zinc) at 0.63% and 159kt of Pb (lead) are 0.30%. Further information is set out in section 5.3.3 of the Competent Person’s Report. Under the Acquisition Agreement, a 1.5% net smelter royalty will be payable by Greatland Exploration Pty Ltd to Newmont in respect of mineral products extracted from M45/203 (the mining lease on which the O’Callaghans deposit is located)."

Indeed! A sensible & opportune time to change the company name, so that the general market, as well as the current & potential investors, are not too myopic as to what we now, immediately, now have in our portfolio of assets.

As I've stated before, numerous times, there is, still, a large mis-understanding, by many financial analysts, of exactly what we do have under our belt now, as well as the massive potential, but I'm really pleased that we have a CEO/MD, who is clearly up to speed as to what's required, and, honestly, I cannot, in my many decades of investing, think of anyone better at putting it out there now, as clearly necessary. Heavy rainfall possible yes, but I very much doubt there will be any major issue with winds. Telfer is around 300 miles from the coast, and hurricanes/cyclones degrade pretty quickly once over land.

Indeed badgerbeard! IMHO, I can't think of a more out of touch with reality bank, and their analysts, with regards Greatland than them, over the past few years. I'm certain that they'll be 'backpedaling' (promoting GGP well forward in sp terms) on this ridiculous target very soon.

A good question, and, IMHO, they have no definitive answer that I'm especially comfortable with today. Just my view, and only time will tell...

I find it somewhat amusing that, with the latest change to gold & copper producer, with our takeover of 100% of Telfer, and 100% of Havieron, it seems like a lot of people, and maybe new investors, either don't appreciate, or have already forgotten, exactly what we have at Havieron, which is already established now, but what's also, potentially coming up too.

Don't forget that Havieron is still open at depth, and in other directions. We're still nowhere near knowing yet how massive a gold/copper motherlode it actually is yet! It's at least one generational, but probably even more. Once we get drilling again, mainly from platforms at depth, we should have a better picture, for sure.

As Biswas stated, back in 2022, "Every drill hole we put in there finds more gold", and “The grades we are seeing are

unique for this region", and that the grades from the SE Crescent, "Which will involve high grade stoping, which we will truck to Telfer. So this is, you know, 10 times the grade of what we're currently treating at Telfer."

And, don't ever forget the copper!
