IMHO, it's best to just wait for the presentation that will be made to shareholders prior to any AXS listing, as it will require their approval.

We can go around in circles, as we have already, as to what may, or may not happen. That said, Shaun Day has stated that a share consolidation is likely, maybe 1:10, and that there MAY be a small placing required, but he hopes that that can be avoided. It may be possible that Newmont will be 'allowed' to sell all/part of their 20.4% GGP shareholding in the cross listing, which would negate any further placing, should it be required, anyway.

As always, only time will tell, and I look forward to it too!

Good luck! It may be good for a few more 'Pump & Dumps', but, IMHO, it'll end in a big dump, especially if Lenigas is involved. DYOR

GGP has released its inaugural resource estimate for Telfer. The resource of 154mt @ 0.64g/t Au and 0.08% Cu lifts GGP’s total resources including Havieron to 10.2moz of gold and 387kt of copper. The bulk of the resource increase has come from West Dome, and we have incorporated additional cutbacks into our base case. A larger mining inventory extends the life of Telfer through to 2030, and we see scope for further extensions through the conversion of additional exploration targets into resources. GGP’s inaugural reserve for Telfer is expected to be released in the next few months, providing a key near-term catalyst for the stock. The larger resource based underpins material upgrades to our production and earnings forecasts for GGP and drives a 22% upgrade in our price target to £0.22 and we reiterate our BUY rating.

Hi Redirons! TBH, it drives me nuts too, and, as far as I know it's all down to the JORC Rules, but you probably know that already. If not, you can find it here (if you can't sleep!), which is the latest 2012 version.

some comment was made earlier about newmont shareholders maybe being ****ed at why they sold to us so 'cheaply'. however, and i think i'm correct in my calculations, based on their 2,669,182,291 shares, on paper they're up nearly £147 million since the sale.

To be fair grq, I started at 0.76p, and it's also my largest investment by far. I wouldn't call £6K paltry at all, and I don't see any reason why Greatland, or whatever it is then, shouldn't be worth over £1 equivalent in the same number of years I've held. Good luck!
