@ DominicGold Sorry, there's no way that the cross listing is happening at the same time. The full Q1 results will probably be out in the next 2-3 weeks. The ASX cross listing will require a lot of shareholder input & voting, with company changes, etc.

@ spades. I think that's an error. If you look at Page 6, they state that they've increased their old target (19th March) by 14% to 25p. Their old target was definitely 22p, not AUD.

Yup, they've increased their price target again, up 14%, from their 22p on the 19th March, to 25p today.

Here's their last note which I posted on the 19th March:

"GGP has released its inaugural resource estimate for Telfer. The resource of 154mt @ 0.64g/t Au and 0.08% Cu lifts GGP’s total resources including Havieron to 10.2moz of gold and 387kt of copper. The bulk of the resource increase has come from West Dome, and we have incorporated additional cutbacks into our base case. A larger mining inventory extends the life of Telfer through to 2030, and we see scope for further extensions through the conversion of additional exploration targets into resources. GGP’s inaugural reserve for Telfer is expected to be released in the next few months, providing a key near-term catalyst for the stock. The larger resource based underpins material upgrades to our production and earnings forecasts for GGP and drives a 22% upgrade in our price target to £0.22 and we reiterate our BUY rating."

Why would your broker come into it? It's a cross listing, so your GGP AIM shareholding remains exactly as it is, and you can trade exactly as you can currently. If you wanted to also trade on the ASX, you can with many UK platforms, and also within an ISA, since the ASX is a recognised exchange with HMRC. As for the general stuff on a cross listing, you can find that all over the web.

Right now I believe that they're targeting the Telfer high priority infill targets, so as to convert as much as possible of the inferred resources into indicated; and extension targets, for resource growth, for the Telfer Ore Reserve scheduled for publication this quarter (1st April - 30th June).

For that, there are currently four drill rigs operating at Telfer, with two within the open pit and two underground. Another two are due to start work in this quarter too.

Still coming in. Volume up a total of 39M after 16:30, with a day total now of 222M.

Indeed, highest trading volume in 6 months. Last higher was 254M on the 1st October last year.

An interesting sideline about Twiggy and his latest 'green' project in the Pilbara. We may possibly see something similar in the future with Havieron, which has been spoken about in the past as likely to be using a lot of similar technology in it's development and later operation...

It's not about how one is 'wording' it though. It's a special one off (bonus) dividend, and, as I've said, based on the POG, which, again, as I've said, would clearly also affect the Havieron financing. Let's not argue about it. I maintain my view, and I'm sure you do yours too.

The difference is that it would be a 'one off', and, I've already stated, it would be based on a considerably higher gold price, which would clearly have a major effect on the group finances going forwards too, including the financing of Havieron. IMHO shareholders should benefit from such a great scenario sooner, rather than just later, in that case. Just my opinion.

I'm talking about a special dividend MH01, not a normal dividend.

Personally, if the gold price rises considerably higher this year, as it may, and the company benefits substantially, I'd like to see, maybe, a special dividend paid. This would, of course, be based on results, which I'm sure many of us are awaiting, with indications due next month, for the first full, Q1 2025.

Yes, reference the hedging, in connection with the Telfer Debt Facilities, Greatland has purchased put options for 150,000 ounces of Telfer gold production volumes at an average strike price of A$3,905, with expiry dates running through to December this year, and, as Irish states, it secures downside price protection while still retaining full upside exposure to the gold price across 100% of Telfer production volumes.
