People hello. I have far from lost a fortune , more like made a fortune .. some of my shares are down , no loss until I sell .. so I’m good . CPai the next big mover .. I was swaying and waiting for their tech to go live , it will be this week .. that alone will drive this at least 50 per cent .. by close of week .. watch and learn from the king of the jungle

Nutty , I was sharing my opinions and hence always ended my post with do your own research .. hello .. we all knew it was a risk and vs reward it was a good play .. no regrets , `I couldn't see any other share we could of made 3 x in a few days should the news has been good ..

The only thunks left to play for is suspension .. then de listing or zero .. sorry but we all knew the risks here ..

I wish I invested in here earlier as this seems very posed now to re rate .. that's is a serious RNS .. just read it .. let see if I can get a cheaper entry , doubt it , lets see ..

It was a definite buy as I Have level 2 , unless they have printed a sell as a buy , which is highly unlikely .. well all I can say is good luck .. personally I agree with P2r .. it would be a miracle if this ever came back to life , the court hearing would take at least a year ..

From my research this buyer may be a insider who knows a stay order is being granted , which would be in 7 days from now , for they already applied and we get a Rns tomorrow confirming this which would make sense as there would be a spike ointment this news . or maybe not ..

Laura , pls be kind enough to share why you feel its worth another 10 k punt after what one can only describe as the worst RNS in history of this company ..

P2R , I agree , you post is a fact , and the main reason I pulled out of this with a serious loss , as The billionaire buyer of the debt is no other than one of the richest men in the world and you get to become the biggest tycoon India unless you are completely ruthless .. that is a fact .. hence this 86 k buy is quite out of the ordinary tbh .. I mean who the hell would invest in a distressed share that is seriously saying we have a battle on , all in the favour of the COC ..

I am still watching this , who the hell would buy 86 k worth of this after a RNS that basically said we are up against a billionaire and one that is connected .. all the way to the top .. seriously this dosnt add up .. unless they know something we don't ..

I believe in being transparent , the holding one hands up when one has made a bad call , which I clearly did , however I knew the risks and evidently advised at all times that my posts are my opinions , and not based on any facts ..

For me I don't regret it , as I always knew this is India and the risk is 50 / 50 , and if things has gone our way this would now be close to 10 p by now plus ..

I sold out after reading the RNS several times because the fact the the COC have planed this manipulation with the backing of one of the richest business men in India and the world .. their is no way the decision can be reversed .. these guys are way to big .. with deep pockets ..

very slim chance they win a appeal and of course when would that appeal me , weeks or months .. ??

After reading the RNS again , this time with a micro glass lol .. I’ve sold out , as looking at how is the buyer there is no chance MPL will get their asset back. These guys are politically connected and don’t give a xxxx about international investors ..

Hand ups. We all knew it was a big risk .. the profit would have been amazing if we have got the right answer .. he who dares wins , not on this case for me unfortunately.. such is life ..

Agree Jungle VIP. Not selling either , courts in India and international pressure can reverse situation in days , they have not followed protocol and we have big backers and international..

I have failed to mention Mr Singh and he also accompanies two other big owners and hence my confidence for staying invested is they won’t be accepting a rejection by want means necessary which means in India the connected and influential always get what they want ..

We shall see who is wrong or right none of us really know hence the sp is where it is and where it will go good and bad news

Quite entertaining here today , I sad this earlier and I will say it again , 7 days are up tomorrow , those who prefer not to risk their investment here all sell out today and those who believe its worth the risk will buy in today .. The price has dropped m, which mean the appetite for Risk Vs reward is low .. which means when good news lands my opinion 99 per cent likely tomorrow then this is going even higher as most clearly expect bad news ..

Life is fragile and short , hence risk means reward to me .. I PREFER TO MAKE 100 X RATHER THAN 10 PER CENT , AND SHOULD I LOOSE MY INVESTMENT TO BAD NEWS , ALL GOOD , AT LEAST I WNAT HAVE ANY REGRETS ..

The fact of the matter is that we sellers sold out last week , now we are left with long term holders and those who have decided to take a risk .. the way I see it is if it was rejected we would of known max by mid week last week .. hence I am of the opinion that no news is very good news here ..

Patients is the key here Guys , we know the 7 days ( working days ) are up close of business tomorrow.. yet we also know new here could drop any moment now ..

All I can say is those who get on early doors will make 100 per cent . DYO R ..
