Bottom lines is sellers are out , in anticipation for news I see a big rise tomorrow without news .. .. investors who enjoy risk and traders will be piling in tomorrow .. I see this all time .

It will be very exciting tomorrow and not for the faint hearted . I won’t be watching the screen as we saw how MM can take the SP 50 per cent down just to get the stop losses and PI to sell and then bring it up again like it never dropped x

The bottom line is if it was straight NO , we would of known by last Monday close of business that was confirmed my some friend of mine in delhi who are business owners.. hence I bought in again and payed a premium from today’s SP .

We shall know all next week that is for sure and no guess . 7 day dead line is up Tues ..

SMTCH73 , what pretty clear this morning when MM dropped the price as they know news is due , that the price would drop to catch the stop losses only to take it past 220 again .. strong close expected now .. RNS lands most have been locked out and lost their holding they held before ..at a very cheap price

Not a 50 / 50 coin toss any longer , if it was a no we would know by now , they are clearly Neg a deal ..

We have two more trading days including today before news is due , even though News could fall anytime now ,..

MM got the shares they want today for a big jump as news is close by now , next week Tues is the dead line I believe through research hence anticipation will take this up now ..

Well done for thinking out of the box . My findings tonight express a decision could take us to mid next week . Let’s see . I believe , have a feeling the share price will close above 3 p tomorrow which would indicate that insiders are taking a position

On a call to delhi spoke to a lawyer there he advised they should they have rejected then we would have known with 48 hrs ..

The lawyer has no information about MPL and his advice is non related to MPL situation he is speaking on the grounds of time frames in these situations.

So I am confident that they are working on a deal .

Well I am hanging tight and we shall see how this unfolds .. worth the risk in my opinion..

Guys we all know the risks here and the rewards .. I agree this stock is nit for the faint hearted .. and not for those who are not prepared to loose their investment either .. I didn't post anything in reference to level 2 today as their was sells that outweighed buys .. expected .. wish I could top up , but again that would not be good investing .. fingers crossed.. this pays off ..

Only profit , I don't believe in misleading anyone for my own gain , that is just bad karma and I have found those who do this evidently will loose their Money , that is how karma works ..

Hence no one can predict 40 p , what I do know which is factual and common sense is the market is paying for a distressed asset on the ground it paddles out of the distressed mode and becomes positive , the asset is returned to MPL which would would mean the value of the asset which is 150 million USD is no where near the present market cap due to situation in real time now ..

The risk here is that the COC , the 98 per cent holder of the debt has other ideas and wants to retain the asset for a much higher gain , then we have a problem , and that is the risk vs reward here .. legally we have a chance , it can be challenged due to how the COC have ignored serious protocols ..

I believe and this is my opinion which means I could be wrong that the delay is that they are working out a deal or we would of known by now that its has been rejected ..

I also am aware if the deal is accepted then I stand to make some serious cash , which on AIM these opportunities done come around so often .. the flip side to this coin is that I am prepared to loose my 10 k invested here should thing go south .. let see ..
