86kb , have you researched the Court systems in India and comparative cases ?? there is no such thing as a out of court settlement in these cases .. This has to go through the courts for a ruling either against or for MPL , Mr Avani is not known to take over companies and assets and then give them back so easily ..

OF course there is every chance MPL may get the their asset back and should they then the SP will be multiples from. here .. again not for the faint hearted like me .. good luck all ..
