When you have a billionaire ,highly connected business man in India who has bought the asset , the courts and this is my opinion will be able to overturn this on the basis he would not of made this move unless he knew it was 100 per cent .

SWLC , I agree , yet I selling out of this was not impatient , I felt the writing was on the wall as I am quite failure with Indian business practices due to some close allies there .. hence I still believe this is way to risky , is now anyway , I should of bought back on the RNS~ , jumping in now would be just chasing a rainbow where it may become red .. Be careful all , don’t get spiked , there is no chance that this company can win against the richest man in India and top 10 in the world . That’s a fact . No matter what appointment they introduce this is India and they have their own rule and unfortunately the billionaire they are against has deep political connections in India not the USA hence this appointment has no use in India ..
