Just to clarify for those who may feel its over ... I am with Barclays , they have advised that the purchase will stay on my account , as they are the broker of my choice , and they will be notified of any corporate action weather is re listing to trade again , or the admin have funds left to share with share holders , which will then automatically be added to my barclays account .. and worst case is we get nothing and this will also be advised and your account updates accordingly ...
My understanding is we will be offered a price to buy back our shares as S will take over the company and the plc for a vrey discounted price ... they are all working together and hence have planned it this way , i think they will act fast so we will accept , given the circumstances ...
yes bastards ... my contact still stands by the fact that pog has a buyer for the plc ...
POLY had no intentions to buy POG , this is news we already are aware off .... POG is not bankrupt , its in admin , the fact they made that comment only tells me they are making a attempt to encourage continued investment into their company after issuing such bad results ... and with the war set to continue with no peace talks in sight ... things are going to only get worse ....
Russians cant do anything any more ... UMMC wont be able to file for bank R to claim their debt ... they have been sanctioned ... they got greedy and karma played them
Newbee you realy are new to this ... admin means finding a solution to keep the going concern a going concern ... which is now going to much easier as ummc own are debt , and now we dont have to pay ... so we will now going back to business .....
UMMC being sanctioned !
EU set to add Russia's biggest bank Sberbank to sanctions list – reports
The European Union is set to add Russia’s biggest bank, Sberbank, and the head of giant zinc and copper firm UMMC to its blacklist of individuals and companies accused of supporting Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine, according a draft document seen by Reuters.
The new list of 48 officials and nine entities to be blacklisted, prepared by the EU foreign affairs service, also includes leaders of the Night Wolves motorcycle club, actors, politicians, the deputy head of a Russian security service, family members of sanctioned oligarchs and military people.
Plum share standard text in rns ... while the company is still active ... we have a significant chance of bouncing back stronger ...
Nathan we have not been wipped out and wont be , ours shares are safe fro now ... the company is still active ...
Nathan we now have the admin running our company ... they would have already blocked and sales of assets and be looking into how much the true value the company is worth and if the debt that was signed over by the bank due to sanctions can be engineered to resolve the company present situation ....
with all the above in mind , they may be now approached by international companies to buy the plc ....
exciting times ahead of what now takes shape
So red this would mean they would need to buy back our shares
fission if that is the case then why has he put in a offer to buy the assets ? your not making sense ?
it looks like this is are only hope now is this petition ... on the telegram group some one spoke to max and he confirmed we would not be getting anything , and next week the courts will be involved , he said the tow buyers where not for the plc , they want the assets , hence the courts will decided on the assets sales to pay creditors first ....
Nathan exactly ... they tale over needs to come by the end of this week , as monday our fates will be with the courts .. so expect either a rns with buy out price today or tomorrow ... if not , the rns on monday morning with the case filled , and date set for hearing .. a long winded process that could be even better for us .. as no one can buy their assets and i genuine audit needs to be carried out .. and trust the admin team will make the process long , as they get payed by the hour ... while POG continues to make money and start exporting their gold , as well as not paying there debts , banking more money , buying more assets ... win win ....
Kelder , I also believe the going concern wont be sold of for pea nuts , we cant trust anything the russians write .. what we do know is now its going to court , a fair audit has to be carried out .. and if anyone wants to take over the company it will have to be dam fast
How do we know hoe credible that source is in ref to S wanting too buy the assets , he moved all his shares to private .. would it not be easier to buy the whole company ....? there is another interested party ... who wants the company , so he could be playing the game , trying to get then to increase the price ... with no intention of buying anything ...all those employess where do they go if they sell the assets ... they are employed by POG , if pog is gone , they loose their jobs ...
For those who say pog is gone , then why are you still reading these posts and on this page ... joke .. far from gone ...
fission , if we had not been suspended , we would be left to the dogs and open to corruption , they cant hide the gold now .. or give us what the assets where valued at when bought years ago , the buyers , two parties have to pull finger out and pay whats fair now ... BOD made the right choice... we are now fully protected ... and UK law will have to answer this complicated situation , unlike any other , we are a active going concern , making serious money with a stock pile of gold an cash ... this is a blessing , I anticipate news by end of week ...
finderskeppers . its far from over , the next few days wil be defining , so keep those spirits up ... a buy out is on the cards now , the price is the question , we have been saved from the flies , the company is now protected and will be valued fairly ....
aimtitan very good point
akush , very good point ,they are either looking for another buyer , or trying to delay the sale , as now they are protected against any creditors ..any offer has to come asap, as once it is in the hands of the court ... its the long game .....no one gets anything ...
