CWWX, no news from my end .. stiill all a big blur .... now ... one , lets hope that it is a take over , my contact is strong , yet im loosing confidence in him , as he cant get me the details ... that is a issue .. so we need to wait or sell out now .. the choice is individual .... and anyone saying double digits , is full of it .. with he current climate .. we will be lucky to walk away with 5 p ... my heart goes out to the long term holders ... who was in before the conflict ....

You see everyone profit seeker is now lost for words after being kicked out of the telegram group for bull ****ting he comes on here ... he cant answer any of my questions ..

Now we all know who not to trust or follow .... If the word was out this is going to hit double digits it would be on fore right now ...

if we close less than 150 , then the day traders here are trying their luck , not positive sign for us ...

CWWX hence it is in our interest that the M stays higher , and we catch up .. at present we should be 5 p

The more I look at the disparity between the SP here and Moscow , make me think , how they even worked this out ... they should be at the same level...

Guys explain , as this does not make any sense when one compares this to stocks like ARB listed here and in the states

5-7 p is a low ball offer in my opinion and the buyer is laughing , profiting out of a war , like the very rich and connected do sadly ...

I mean imagine one has bought in before the crash , 20 p plus , and you get offered 5 p as a buy out ... you more or less have been wiped out ....

I am also convinced that if I was head of this company , then how would a word a mid range offer to my share holders and still have their respect and the feeling of calm , I would put it out there that as he has done , so when the offer comes every one jumps , as at least they are getting something in the respect of those who are here before he crash ...

I have been talking to my contact in Moscow , and he stands by what he has heard of a take over .., yet we at this new stage dont really have a clear confirmation of this , as if talks were concluded as he advised last week , then the RNS would of been worded as it was ..

Now lets look at this from another angle , we receive what can only be described as a warning of being wiped out , which we have been advised in previous rns as well ... yet we today we have monster buys coming in , and the buyer isnt hanging around waiting for little drops ...

Business wise and the general ethos would be a company this size doing very well , just cant sell its gold , which is in big demand now and rising every day , that employs a whole region , with strong assets , I cant see being wiped out when there must be buyers even at 10 p ... still half price right ...

some one knows something and this is one of those stocks that can change course in seconds ... thats the thing , selling out might save me the rest of my investment , staying might give me a huge profit ... all i know is sometimes in life one has to take a chance ... as this is really anyones guess what is happening .. now if this was active in the uK , i would of known the score ... Russia is a jungle , and thats another reason why someone very rich would love to own a london listed company ......keep his paper out of Moscow ...

Nathan why do you think there will be no buy out , when the rns clearly states they are seeking to sell off there assets . It would be far easier to sell off the company cheap as a going concern to a foreign company or Russian company .

Well they have advised a take over which would suit the rns for us to achieve a low ball offer …

Nathan you seem very confident we will get a decent offer for buy out and not be wiped out .

I just don’t see a company of this size and selling gold which going crazy high every second go under and become worthless . Na Russia is as Cole as ice and would given the chance try their best to get any offer we have look like Xmas came early .. or they are afraid of sactions and playing the game . Ensure we don’t get any attention..

Well we are owning deaths door with a cheap sp ready for a monster profit for the take over company to take .. wouldn’t surprise me if the take over company twisted the arms of POG to allow more shares from them to have on the cheap

20 percent down on the worst RNS any company could ever put out ... not adding up ... he basically put it out there with intent , as they dont care about us .. they wanted to crash the sp even further .. yet it didnt happen , meaning that there is something going on in the background for sure .....

my thoughts are with those in here before the crash ... im confident the buyer will have to pay 4 p plus ... but it wont be double digits ...

Biker , they use the words highly unlikely the share holders will be let with nothing , now why would you even say that in a rns , there not regulated to keep saying that ... they could of left the rns there to say no results .. end off ... why mention or advise the market about something that they are still considering and has been going on for a month , this fire sale , does it really take so long , and they apply for a export licence as well ... and get it , when they rns before they might go under ... very confusing
