these are big buys coming in for a company that has announced there will be nothing left for the share holders ...

Day light very informative post , you have done your home work , so why in your opinion have the company put out a rns saying we could be wiped out twice now ... when you and I know this company is not worthless with the figures we have ... what your take on this and how do you see this plan out ..

There will be sells and buys .. doom and gloom , speculation all the way to the hills ...

For me the bottom line is a valuable company such as this , producing gold , listed in London , and with significant employees and assets is not going to be sold for pea nuts ..

The Doom RNS we have received is to ensure what ever price is agreed , the company will look legit as they have warned we could end up with nothing ... that is the reason , the only reason they applied this ...

This stock can change over night in a blink , but im confident , when sold , it will be above Moscow price ....

Unless the war ends drastically , or sanctions are lifted for the bank to operate in return for the grain to move freely to the world ... we will hit double digits .. highly unlikely as the buyer will want to snap this up asap ..

why i dont believe it will be a asset sale ... simple , anyone looking to buy , can buy the whole lamb chop ... so why buy bits and only chew when dinner , lunch and breakfast is easier

CWWX .. my contact has advised it’s a take over , and does not have any information on the price .

He will keep me posted should he finds out more . Yet I am loosing confidence in his advise as something is not adding up here . A take over would of been actioned by now . As the buyer would want to take advantage of the window of war . As things are now intensifying, ans the world is heading deeper and deeper into a food crisis and energy crisis .. anything can happen . Russia knows arms are on the way to help Ukrainian, the west knows the sanctions haven’t worked and they are starting to bleed as well . The USA today will loose ground as the EC will want a sharpe end to this asap , and they are not fans of the USA either .

Who ever is buying will need to be strong , Russian or Chinese : Indian . It can not be anyone else due to the fact Russia is friends with india and china . They won’t f them ..

One thing is sure and this is my opinion . The next rns will be the correct conclusion .. two warnings that we could be wiped out . There won’t be a third one , either we get bought out for 5 p - 7 p or the gangsters screw us all and the billionaire 29 per cent stake holder . But then anyone who has billions in Russia has to be connected ..
