Yes I’ve considered those factors ..
Today I reached out to one of my past associates who works in finance for BP and is responsible for RNS , he basically writes them .
I asked him to look at the last RNS .
His thoughts :
The Rns has used the words present time ( can’t pay loan )
And then short term ( refinance the loan )
External advisors to assist in determining the company’s next course of action . And the available options INCLUDE…
Of that process … (bankruptcy )
His conclusion : the RNS has been written to install fear in new investors and market , it’s far from infinitive on what there plan is , yet it’s clear they will not be selling any assets by the words used like short term , and present as well as options . Which means they will either sell out a low ball price and S Holders won’t complain , or they are stalling time to avoid sanctions themselves ..
If he was writing the rns for a definite asset sale , he would not write short term or present , he would make it clear it’s not possible in the foreseeable future . He would also advise this is our only option to sell assets , not state one of them and the result is obvious .
It’s a ploy .. dropping the advisors in London , advising us about export licences and third party sales of gold .. very fishy . Enough for me to stay , all or nothing . As regret is something I decided a long time not to do in anything … life…
Thoughts guys ?????
