Only my opinion but this has become a traders share, and since the MAJORITY of trades are now done by algobots, you should blame the algobots, not the BOD. These algobots are why the stock market is, more than ever, a casino. If you think a share is sound, patience will in the medium/long term be rewarded. As I said, IMHO. I bought more today, so my money is where my mouth is.

Hi ocelot, two cats together. I'm sure your 220 will be surpassed medium term, but I'm not sure if next week. I think this has become a bit of a traders share recently, and I look on my two recent top ups as possible shortish term trades. I retain my long term holding inside my ISA. All the best, tiger100.

Not only am I still in but bought more at 195 and 187, starting to wonder about my sanity ! I think patience will reward me, however, so in a spirit of optimism I go for 201.

Michael Crick on Channel 4 News just nailed Boris Johnson lying about decrying Turkish accession to EU. Questioned while he was visiting JCB factory. Johnson flatly denied he said anything about Turkey, they then played the proof that he did. Won't do his leadership ambitions mych good if teacher goes.

I think people sometimes overlook the fact that over half the trades are now made by robots, which are constantly making small trades to gain 1p but doing it all day every day. These robots are fighting each other all day every day, so the market bears little resemblance to a real market with people doing the trades. Ignore me, I'm just a silly old git.

Yes JL, I think it was called the "big valve" Super Rocket (because it had bigger valves, strangely enough!), they also made the Rocket Gold Star which used the frame from the 500 Gold Star single cylinder "clubman's racer". I'm not sure if the RGS had the ultra-close-ratio RRT2 gearbox which did 75 mph in first gear. hydrogen, yes I think the Tiger 100 was so named because it achieved 100 mph. The Bonneville (650 cc) was named after the Bonneville Salt Flats where Triumph broke the speed record for its class several times in the 50's and 60's. I think 193 mph, then 224 mph from memory.

JL, yes you're right, named after my 1956 Triumph Tiger 100, the 500cc baby brother of the Bonneville. I bought it in 1967 while at Liverpool uni, and still have it on the road. As you might deduce, I am a "silver surfer" of 71.

I will add that it is wrong to blame teacher since she is only a figurehead, and will have been advised at all stages by highly-paid civil servants ,who will have worked behind the scenes with their Euro counterparts. It is, however, not unusual for these unelected bureauocrats to deliver bad advice to their leaders. A classic example is teachers snap election in the hope of an increased majority, recommended by her two "special advisers". We all know how that went. Hopefully the "special advisers" have now been forced to get a proper job.

Given that the remain campaign was poorly run due to their assumption they would win, and the leave campaign lied about the 350 million per week (ignoring the rebate of 150 million per week negotiated by Maggie) and neither campaign pointed out the big issues that now face us i.e. Irish border, border controls at Dover etc. (delays for just-in-time deliveries) what is wrong with a second referendum, now we have clearer vision of the problems facing us ? I hear people saying it will cause civil unrest, but this should not be the case, since general elections have been held within 2 years of the previous one, and the result has been different due to people changing their minds from the previous one. So, now people understand more clearly all the implications, another referendum would settle for sure the public opinion in the light of all the extra knowledge available. If the result is still "leave", I don't know what comes next !

I'm not a TA, but it seems to me that we are now about 10p above the top of the previous downtrend channel, and forming a new uptrend channel. If oil continues up, or at least stabilizes around 62 or so, and IF we get a good update, we could see three little ducks, all the 2s, 222. so:
