The contract wins are irrelevant, revenue growth irrelevant, pipeline irrelevant, ebitda irrelevant, reputation irrelevant, growing sector irrelevant - as they will spend more money doing jobs than they get in.

It is completely ridiculous that it's not been addressed by the regulator, why a tinpot cmc is allowed to do it is beyond comprehension. Granting someone a credit card is different to a loan imo, a credit card is a borrowing facility, if repaid it costs nothing each month, so I do think its a different profile to past companies that suffered payday type complaints but just my opinion

I think we all need to calm down and switch off for a while, it's got vast potential but really we need to let the new management team do their thing, checking back in 2 years Vs selling now could reward holders X2 or X3 which makes taking 20% seem a bit of a wasted opportunity

I personally have this as my most likely 2024 takeover target. I just fail to see how this will not either be fully taken over or broken up imminently given the depressed share price, previous bids, growth opportunity and lack of CEO. The chair who stupidly turned down big money bids in the past is leaving, I think we will have to wait a matter of weeks until we see the first disposal or approach. DYOR

I have watched the TRIN presentation. So the share ratio of 1.5 TRX to 1 TRIN was agreed in November 2023 when the TRX share price was 51p. So the consideration we would now get is far lower. I must say that is disappointing. I await the TRX presentation to see what the business case going forward is, but I am not jumping for joy here. TRIN is valued far lower than TRX simply because it hadn't got the cash, but TRX are borrowing theirs!
