I like your honesty Anon, I did the same.
I think the fall back is because of the points you raise and also:
Shareprophets reckon there's a placing coming and are often right in my experience (even if it does need a share consolidation first)
the £2.2m of debt owing in June (which will no doubt be kicked down the road at a higher roi)
Shareholders had enough and wanting out, maybe also last placees
This new contract doesn't start until Q4, always room for a further delay with this crowd
No update as promised on the airport contracts

Not sure where I'd be tempted to buy again tbh, only bought in on a hunch it was due a rise with so few sellers around and I got itchy fingers, but this sp doesn't normally fall back without a reason.
Would still hassle the directors at the agm to reduce their wages and buy some shares in the absence of an aiport contract no matter what happens to the sp in the meantime, shareholders have paid for them for too long now
