I'm not sure that's true, they've issued the results on their website and this includes an auditors report that appears to be signed off

might not know for a week, might not know for a month, but bet there will be someone in the know

Part of me can foresee a call coming along the lines of the Iran rns previously, ie something along the lines of 'to support pre contract costs', they've always been pretty good with the lure of the wording

If indeed you aren't a duplicate poster and being a tinker then yes you are right to be sceptical.

In summary they haven't landed a recurring revenue contract for 6 years of promise, yet they have reported mou after mou after loi without ever actually landing a signed rr contract, along with regular fund raises (on average every 3 months although this has fallen to every 6 months of late while their cash flow has improved), they have £2.6m of loan notes outstanding due to be paid June next year which they have just extended at 15% charge pa.

Personally I bought in for the ride but their history makes me remain sceptical of closure (for me the timing was rather suspect with agm'ers about to lay into them, and gives them another year free of that concern), any hint of a delay to this one & I'm out

The fact that DHC isn't ramping every second post means he missed his buyback, heart bleeds. Maybe I'll hang on to my buy this time and see where it goes, we'll see, pleased with my purchase so far and looks like it's got far more to go imo, even news of a confirmation of the ferry sale or bad debt recovery could see this rocket with current sentiment

maybe that's what the directors want, their buy into the placing gets cheaper by the day

I used to think the clothing range when I first researched them was very good and I bought on that basis that they were new and fresh, I sold on the profit warnings however. My wife watches 'This Morning' and they do a fashion bit that mentions where you can buy what the models are wearing, the fact that they mention every fashion retailer going except Quiz to me unfortunately speaks volumes, and forced me to conclude that what looks good to me doesn't to the people that really matter.
