that's not the same as the loan notes, see rns dated 25/5/18 re Extension of Convertible Secured Loan Note, this is still payable unfortunately but they will probably extend it

I'd appreciate a look at a wsg chart Laks, you may not know it but the locals here will no doubt have had a bad taste of it at some point, it's one I sold yonks ago and a dog with a jam filled muzzle, but always good for a trade now and again just cos peeps believe the jam. Just to explain that a little more, I don't solely use charts like yourself, I also use level2 and it was looking like 37 was pretty weak this morning, so I sold.
I rarely average down like most would, that's a mugs game (remember the 90%). Sell and buy back cheaper or leave well alone, works for me anyhow
