Excellent post Master as usual.
Could you perhaps post it as a new thread?
It warrants attention and discussion and currently appears to be being lost amongst posts that are demanding we stick to discussing matters relating to Petro Matad, whilst simultaneously managing to achieve the exact opposite!
Many thanks.
See what I mean?
'There's no smoke without fire?'
The more you talk about something, shout at it or tell people not to look at it...
You get the gist.
I find calm unemotional acceptance of the right to free speech works for me.
Some posters posts I just chuckle at now.
The rather pompous yet slightly hysterical replies to them can wind me up a bit however.
If I thought they'd achieve anything then that would be OK.
But I suspect, if anything, they make things worse.
Hang on Watching I'll the the figures through my Patented real-time Company valuation software...........
As we stand.......
46.5p per share.
Glad to help.
It's taking an age ICE, time is money and they've got a limited supply of this.
RNSs are often about what's not said more than what is.
I'll be working on the assumption they're still on Cohort 1 until told otherwise.
Remember this one Strangy83?
It was in an RNS too, so you're saying it must be true?
An ICE has the gall to say they're still 'well ahead of schedule on all fronts'.
- 'The first patient has received their first dose of AVA6000 at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. The Phase I study is being initiated across a small group of leading UK cancer centres with an established reputation for early cancer clinical research in the Phase I setting. The dose escalation phase is anticipated to complete by Q2 2022 followed by completion of the dose expansion phase by Q2 2023.'
Remind me, are we still on the dose escalation phase?
Q2 2024.
No wonder they changed the Protocol mid trial (and Dr Bell left unexpectedly with no explanation given and a subsequent fall away of the share price and heavily discounted raise).
All good then and as you say, clearly on track as you say.
It would have been nice to have been told that Cohort 2 had started thought, wouldn't it?
'Proof we are on track'?
Where?
So Cohort 2 can be started whilst Cohort 1 continues to be dosed too?
In Parallel?
So Cohort 2 has started?
So you're telling me we're still on Cohort 1 after 4 months ICE or has cohort 2 started?
Are you anticipating 3 or 4 Cohorts or more?
I realise that this is all completely hypothetical and therefore beneath your Ice cold, cool, calculating and analytical attention but humour me.
If it was a 'mistake' to not announce the beginning of Cohort 1 of the 2W trial then presumably that Cohort has yet to finish and Cohort 2 yet to start?
May 2nd, 4 months after the first patient was dosed?
But don't worry we're 'well ahead of schedule' aren't we ICE?
You get used to Hamm and his changes.
Good to flag up periodically though in case newer visitors might actually think his current views are representative of an honestly held view as opposed to a transient trading position - that he appears to usually call wrong.
Oops.
A rapid rise through the ranks.
Only appointed Chief Development Officer 3 months ago.
A quality candidate or no one else interested - discuss.
I think the Market probably does understand SoleBoy and the change of CEO is not a 'complete sea change'.
How could it be?
At the moment it's all about AVA6000, the trial design has been set (and already changed once mid trial).
They're recruiting for the 2W trial (was anyone else expecting to be told they'd moved on to another cohort in the update by the way? I wonder why they didn't?) and it's set in stone. It's a ship that's been put to see and will take as long as it takes and cost as much as it costs.
Or are you expecting her to change the trial design and science that underlies it?
Once again assumptions and 'big phrases' that are devoid of any inherent knowledge or truth.
Time will tell if she's any good and makes a change.
Until then it's carry on as you were.
Hamm when reading a post you can't help but consider from which 'side' it's coming from.
Prof, Doc, WOS, Cyber.
It's not hard to interpret their posts through the prism of their long help views and holdings in Petro Matad. You might not agree with their views but they appear to be sincerely held. Prof apparently trades and opens 'shorts' or so he says, but you just buy or sell and then try to influence the share price to your advantage. Which is fair enough I suppose but I mainly don't listen to you because you always appear to get your calls so very, very wrong.
They must be aware that the Heron Field needs time to develop and expand to meet refinery requirements.
And even without a refinery the National Wealth Fund and Tax/revenue streams for Central Government are surely hard to resist? Indeed you'd think openly welcomed? Perhaps straight after the elections.
It's a waiting game with the outside chance of a near term surprise RNS.
Near term doubts about funding and share price weakness appear to have gone.
Renewables appears to progressing at pace for sentiment and share price appreciation.
A nice sensible investment opportunity!
Green boxes appear?
So you can!
Here and now Roxy this is an oil company and Heron is clearly the No1 Priority followed by field development and then further exploration/blocks etc.
Short to Medium term Renewables might give the SP a lift but good income streams are likely years away.
Should grants/funding streams prove to be relatively easy to obtain however and they paint an expansive, grand vision I'm sure plenty would try to get in early to 'buy the dream'.
But what to I know.
Only upside here for the near term now though after the update and reassurance RE funding.
It's all rather off topic but I'm a battery sceptic in the medium to longer term.
It's a short term 'fix' but clearly hydrogen if implemented at scale would have many advantages.
Of course battery technology moves on and there might be some left field suggestions waiting to surprise us?
Still many decades of oil use needed but bound to fall incrementally over this period.
Heron this year. SunSteppe next.
Fingers crossed.
