Just top up 138,026 shares , the big buy last week of 3.5% of the company made my mind up and the impending news.
Also means can sell part of stake in the future and leaving a good amount left over if the share price rises above 5p.

Not shocked at this action to take legal action , my only point That SYM used money to Lobby in EU and UK which had a fundamental disagreement as waste of time and money.
raised this early this year and dismissed that the product was banned in Europe including the UK , my view is does the Europe want to protect its company's or embrace SYM - well we know that answer.

There are alternatives which have invested but small scale and will take time to replace plastic in 50 Years plus

Was going to invest in OCT but on research found the link to INSP and was shocked at the high level deception.

Markets are bizarre when comes to JKX valuation , totally undervalued
A P/E of 2.9 must be cheapest oil company on the market

Nothing has changed here except the Non PS and that accounts for 14% of there turnover , As for the PS they are holding strong as conversion to a 2 year contracts in place.
What Loopup did wrong was the forward projection of turnover as only included the two year contracts , add the other monthly contracts still gives a growth of 6% for next year as a minimum.
Still a Pre tax profit of £15 Million , net debt down from £10 million to £2 million and you believe this company has failed - there a saying "Think before you speak" or in this case before you write

When a company announces it will delist , this send panic as some shares are held in accounts that can not trade these shares.
So the mass sell off is the answer , Basic they have shafted the small shareholder.
Also the rules are if one company goes above 30% shareholding they must make a offer to the rest of the share holders.
