The other painless option is to negotiate a price for M&P's share of Mnazi Bay. M&P were taken over by Pertamina in 2016, not for the Tanz asset, which the takeover price ignored. (I thought they probably wanted Gabon assets. Since then M&P bought Shell's assets in Venezuela.) Pertamina might jump at a cash exit from a small asset that means nothing to them but a lot to WEN. WEN should be able to raise the cost from M&P's free cash flow from Mnazi Bay. Being Operator would simplify infill drilling to add to Reserves. (There is no shortage of gas there.)

James W - if Schlumberger have purchased shares (non-UK issuer) then 4th January is the date have to disclose , however its up to admin to post which may have a time lag.
if Schlumberger have a company based in the UK and registered then the 4 day rule applies , as long as shares are logged with that company.

Just read the RNS for past 7 years - ifs - Buts - maybe etc are used at no point is there a confirmation of the tech.
I got torched on dealing with stocks over twenty years ago , now i research which led me to OCT and INSP as same directors.
This led to what the hell - the directors are lying and now proven in OCT subject to court case
Why post - well if it save one person that has a family given there wealth away to a scum bag then all worth it , as the alternative could be a person who has no wealth to pass on
