Joined alpha on IC the report by Simon Thompson is in-depth and well worth the read , its a PDF document and far too long to post here. The Number he quotes are conservative but shows the price to be half normal tech ratings in other word 300p a share. just been reading the road show report wow another game changer.

Hi Marttyn - was going to go alpha but been holding back as only been a investor now for 9 months , and had some success that been above my investment value. 20 years ago lost £30k and left with £1700 and left it in the account and twenty years later invested that money in Loopup at 52p. The difference 20 years ago was dumb and never researched , now invested £32 k and in different shares and doing ok but boils down to your own research , never trust a tip as always lost in past.
If you want a good tip Totally - research the share your understand why , not bad price at moment before results.
Can really see this rising by 10% tomorrow , So Alpha in IC is pay premium but on Fridays comes in the IC magazine. Where its a day late. Simon Thompson's is well respected and suspect that being given the nod from a inside source. If the results of last 6 months comes soon in july can see a easy 300p as we all expect that turnover has increased by a massive factor
At present compared to most company's Driver has outperformed as most company's have been heavily effected by Covid 19. August to September we will see a lot of company's go into liquidation. Again the management have acted fast to cope with this situation.
As far as can see this may be blessing as will now concentrate the available funds in the company to there other assets and start making headway to making a pretax profit and free cash flow. UKOG have being over stretching and need to see there new goals on existing sites. This site will not be worked on for over a year compared to other appeals
Forgot to add , which is more accurate as well Our internet is shocking in our village takes up-to 30 minutes to down load a movie , so a few have satellite broad band ( very expensive ) So the phone and video is the only option here , but what got me was not the audio these guys or girls was worried about it was security no1 as if there was a security breach of conversation or data they believed they would lose there jobs. Amazing what my village tells us which reflects the real economy.
Frac like you said the numbers will be high , below was a guess work on existing customers but in truth this virus is not going away as is a common but deadly flu. Live in a village between Cambridge and London the train stops at our village when ever a passing train goes by , whats unique is that theirs a convent that makes the train stop every time. This being that the train stops only once and not to the other 30 plus stop on the way to London , so can tell you at present the car par which holds 700 cars plus is 5% full. The majority that live in this village work in London and are now working at home and may venture going by my friends once a month into London. Rest of time working from home , with there company's saying in the future when near normal this will drop to 50% required to travel and alternate in the future. So the normal back is predicted by the company's to be early 2021 , and the company's looking to down size the offices space. There is a mayor shift in work which will not change back , of all that have seen and spoken too there are Five company's that are being used
Microsoft Teams ( loopup alliance on premium ) Skype - owned by Microsoft Cisco ( loopup alliance on premium ) Loopup MeetingZone - owned by Loopup the American side
Not one have said Zoom , but have said they use Zoom free service for family.
Hi Hughster If we get those results you have predicted then this share is way undervalued , and debt wiped out. Had Revenue at £79.7 Million based on Jan ; Feb ; march at 5% growth April at 35% growth earnings May at 45% growth earnings June at 62% growth earnings
Next 6 Months combined 92% growth earnings All Compounded Gross Profit: 27.8/ 51.4 EBITDA: 13.3 / 33.1 Cash Flow: 7.6. / 21.1 Net Cash: -2.2 /11.3
My thoughts are that we was over weight on Staff and now balanced heading to overloaded hence the staff vacancy. Pure guess play but the statements from Loopup are very positive in upgrade of earnings
As far as concerned there been no change in the share issue for options just a rejig of existing ones into a group holding. The underline factor is why and that is a simple answer that the new purchase of adjacent blocks comes with clauses. One being the allocation of shares and dilution or the deal is off , so this leaves the company one option after the deal to bring in a partner share costs or sell whole with options on future sales this being the non preferred agreement. Whichever will be a game changer to Block Energy Just to note have to say Block energy directors are very adapt at making this company viable even through had bad luck on one drill site. Anyway that why ive stayed with the company.
AB Traction are sellers of company's they buy , past history shows this. Good news for shareholders bad news for driver as a independent company. Shame in the next five years projected pretax profit edging up to the £10 million mark
