Baf3 please these statements are misleading , you can only use Micro Salt on dressing.
Design a Micro Salt to make bread or soups etc then your a winner , read up on chemistry on mixing salt with other chemicals ( food ingredients' ) it changes the property and becomes dissolved the same as salt.
In truth manufactures add salt to prolong food life , change this you got a battle.
Fast food a good direction but this is limited - max Micro Salt can reach in full replacement ( $200 Million across the globe ) due to its limitations.
Debate is good , why do you think TEK did not get involved in the next funding round ? instead seen the stake diluted.
Just press on my name and see the topics im in , not naming here but one stands out.
I only just bought last week into TEK , i see good and risky investments and slowly researching them all.
What i can say one investment by TEK is the amount valued by the shareholders value , the rest is free which two are on the stock market.
Not here to pick a fight , pointing out the pitfalls and upside which is massive.
Please prove me wrong research and show evidence , in the mean time taking TEK good parts not in the talking here , but defending as you are share holders same as me.
THe point was making there are competitors , do i believe TEK have invested well the answer is yes.
In the short term Guident are the main reason why i invested as has the quickest path to expand capital growth or immediate growth in a cash sell.
As for the analogy invested in other company's that are green tech and save the environment , one in mind is 100% green and replaces Fossil fuel and is cheaper. The fact is company's that manufacture takes multiple years to adapt to better ingredient's - Hence the VHS versus Beta Max is a example of poor quality against good quality.
The point is investing in shares is a long term view , no quick results for which the many do not understand in todays society.
So have a target of 100p a share over 5 year period with a sell of 50% holding.
Also do the maths on Micro Salt - brilliant product - down side need to sell at same price as normal salt but 50% less volume in order to match and sell in Millions of KG. In other words will take at least 3 to 8 years to break even.
Salt is very cheap that all you need to know.
Really pleasing that you have not read the RNS or past performance's , gives me more time to build on this company.
For Clarity Totally results below do not reflect your statement
Pays dividends.
fy period, revenue, cash, adj Ebitda
2019 £78m, £7.5m, £1.1m
2020 £105m, £8.9m, £4m
2021 £113M, £14.8m, £5m
2022 £127.4m, £15.3m, £6.2m
2023 £135.7m, £6.5m, £6.9m
Lol reminds me of the Betamax Verse VHS tapes , see below quote
Was beta really better than VHS?
While Betamax offered superior picture quality, VHS offered longer recording times and was cheaper to produce. Today, both formats are obsolete, and people have moved on to DVDs, Blu-Rays, and digital streaming services.
In Other words it comes down to cost as VHS won the battle - but still lost in the end.
Not saying its the same here for Guident - as said depends who is the Tier 1 manufacture i.e GM Motors - Tesla or a supplier
Also as anote if it was not for Guident would not have invested as upside is massive - Micro Salt great but manufactures take time to adapt so maybe years off from mass sales.
Would i invest in Micro Salt would be yes but need to see breakeven achieved.
Do not think this job is day and night working but expanding to 7 days a week hence the 3 days to 4 day working period.
Anyway points to increase production.
Nice find

Guident technology is impressive , however the real news to turnover is The Regenerative Shock Absorber with Tier 1 manufacturer.
With Electric cars inching out more miles in this case 5 to 7 miles on a full charge its a no brainer this would be adopted.
It all comes down to cost and who is the Tier 1 manufacturer if millions will be produced or just a trail - suspect a royalty payment will be made on each unit.
Hi Justdeezerts , completely understand and yes John needs to address this as ITX is a inventor trying to go to the commercial world which is roughly going to plan.
My view we need a commercial unit to push ITX to the next level.
Knock on every door , bang on about the eco products and saving the world.
Its more to do with the USA funds for ECO/ENERGY projects , dual listing will get USA government grants and support.
In turn USA wants apiece of the pie and buys from majority British owners.
When we know we are on the verge of Net profit , that's the game of negative returns to positive and the growth has one direction ( x2 - x3 - x5 - x7 - x 10 - x14 etc ).
Just have to say very disappointed with EU law + UK, backing petroleum products - USA - Canada - parts of middle east - some minor east asia back our products in legislation.
