Biome's Bioplastics division (www.biomebioplastics.com) announces the start of a project to develop and test a new generation of biodegradable tree shelters made from the Company's bioplastics. The project has been awarded funding of £58,843 from the Government-backed Innovate UK agency.
Should this initial feasibility project prove successful, the Company may apply for further funding from SBRI Phase 2 in early 2021. It is envisaged that subsequent funding would be used to conduct extensive field trials.

On another note regarding Mask , Biome would not be able to make mask as the formulation would not be agile , it would need to combine other ingredients in order to do so ( at present do not exist )
Biome product is hard wearing and brittle , needs industrial process to break down as more stable.
Hence why its hard to find other products that can be used for.

By the way ENW is part eco nature gas and some say not

They was very quick last year showing 1st quarter results increase but prior to that was mainly due to delayed orders and payment.

The Director of OCT have just taken them off Aim , made profits and cash in the bank and ripped the shareholders off.
The same directors run INSP , was used to raise funds and in-turn made OCT profits.

itacon - you are correct did not give a details regarding the plastic product for ITX ; anyway the ingredient is IP protected BIO*Asterix ; properties that mimic plastic qualities if used with other ingrediencies.
Was announced around this time last year and several parties was looking into developing.

for breaking the letter or the spirit of the part of the Company Act 2006 that requires that
- all shareholders are treated equally
- all new shares are offerred pro rata to existing shareholders...

(the dirs. have been issuing massive blocks of shares....with at least 1:1 warrants attached exercisable for example at the 0.3p.

this process gives unfair advantages to dirs. and any of the other people invited to subscribe for new shares...
and treats in negative way the public shareholders....

THis is a way to take money from the public and put it in the hands of the directors and others who subscribed for new shares....

they can for example sell...to normal shareholders !! , if the shares ever rise...since markets are strong...or rumours ...or any reason.....and then just hold all their warrants....
and if they want...then exercise their warrants...

exercising warrants will provide dilution to the public shareholders

if the accounts or prelim results hide the high likely dilution....then they can give false impression of EPS or NAV/share....to create an artificially high share price for PIs

Lol Netzeroready the same directors of this company are being prosecuted for breaking the law in the USA and at same time there de-listing OCT as to hide there activity's.
Directors trust is all we have and we have proven the lies in the RNS for INSP

DD7 expecting the company to be 200 times and the reality is another matter , if they break into plastic bags then its a game changer and the company could achieve that value and most likely be bought out.
No one at present has developed a alternative to the plastic bags made without oil , i be happy with 20 times in 5 years time.
There are company's out there that can made green plastic but are typically hard plastic and not flexible.
