good observation , yes this is completely different from the rest out there , small niche market but high gains.
Last 9 months has accelerated the growth , new innovation
Can be copied but highly unlikely , one company in america does the same but based only in america and does not cover the globe .

MMs do have shares by default , called overhang by not always selling to next investor.
The Next day the MMs set the price to allow for this , once sold they will drop price or raise depending on demand.
They can always be caught out by selling shares they do not own , which can lead to a spike in share price.
This lead to a market in this type of selling and buying , which is a different story.
Uncrossing shares are from Broker to Broker , another part of over selling and again another story and slightly complicated

But this was not shown until the market was closed ; in other words MMs will always try and honour that deal ; in this case there was high volume today and they drop the SP , this triggered stop loses and again drop the SP multiple times.

The Trading update is not that bad - End of so ****ed off - if you did not know the directors of Loopup are and have been negative in there reporting since the they got burnt for over estimating in the past.
Still im lucky still in profit but do feel for others

Then you have after the bell buys - these are massive buys for the MMs and only way was to keep dropping the SP to trigger auto sells if that was your setting.
