You make some valued points but you may wish to add these.

1) Loopup has its own platform - separate from Microsoft teams - generally used by Law firms and financial services - Billing is generally per minute based ( Bills passed onto clients and easy traced ) ; high security guest have to be accepted by client or managed by Loopup ; quality of sound.

2) Webex ( Cisco ) which uses Loopup system

3) Microsoft Teams - which uses Loopup system - more importantly the company does not have to change there IT phone system

4) 30% from the end of July uses monthly set fees in exchange for a two year contract

5) Loopup now on the Government list of preferred contractors ( NHS with 20 trust free at present )
