MrBWM. I stated “ proposals/ bids “ in my post, what is a proposal a most likely indicative Bid,
how else is nanoco to weigh up the offers, it simply has to be a indication of how much they are willing pay.
Me saying proposal/ bid means absolutely nothing until they sign on the doted line,
though these big suitors that were given permission to carry out Due Diligence , are only in that position because they have put a proposal to nanoco that involves a substantial bid/ offer / proposal that’s agreeable to both parties . The other interested parties offers obviously weren’t high enough, that’s not to say that the failed bidders / offerers won’t get together And put another combined offer/ bid in again.
This is just me thinking off the top of my head .
I understand we have no legally binding formal bids in.
So I understand your concerns here.
GLA
Paulplanetearth. Your post looks far more attractive, ignore my post,LOL.
GLA
Sarup63 it's only a guessing game around our takeout price, though I feel a basic starting price is around £100+ million upwards, though I wouldn't be surprised if it ran up to £200+ million.
When your selling the world's biggest collection of even newer technologies in quantum dots , then a serious bidder is more than likely going to pay a substantial premium to acquire them.
Why do I say this,,,,,, nanoco have already accepted very good proposals/ bids , and also to allow these suitors to carry out Due diligence , Before the real bidding starts between these big company's final offers.
DYOR BEFORE BUYING, GLA
G,Angel nanoco will be safely snapped up before we need any money, nanoco's have received numerous offers from all over the world , namely from China and Korea to make a few, confirmed by respected technology journalist and nanoco's own sales process itself. Nanoco have seen QD Vision and it's 250 patents bought for £54 million , and then nanoco have asked the same QD vision negotiating team to get a similar deal for our 753 QD, patents, it's a no brainer, nanoco is as good as sold , but only in my humble opinion.
DYOR anything can happen in stock markets, GLA
G, Angel i don’t blame anyone to have bought nanoco at £1.50p , after reading its history and obvious potential I myself would have bought at £1.50p , it’s story really looked compelling.
RG yes he’s very wealthy , because he threw money at x amount of different business opportunities and some have paid off handsomely,
Good luck to him I say, he obviously sees a lot more mileage in nanoco with his constant buying.
GLA
Read this article again and again G.Angle, if you still feel we will get a low ball offer in the low 20s then with respect your very naive sir.
Though it's the stock market and anything's possible.

Richard Griffiths just keeps on adding to his substantial holding, he's no mug, great news

If I'd of seen that reposted troublesome post earlier , then I would have bought in at 14p , it just goes to show you how important that kind of information is to investors.
And thankfully because "troublesome" identified the importance of that older post, he may still have given other new investors the opportunity to make some serious money here.
It's Friday it's sunny ,let's hope we can smash and surpass the the 20p mark, GLA
Surprised ,,, you can give all your patents away after you've made your first billion, Elon Musk is a smart guy ,but a bit of a loose cannon if you ask me, LOL. I DO understand what he's says around this though, but try telling the guys who sued for billions over patent infringement , and won .
GLA
Sorry about the typos, this kindle is seriously faulty, I need to him it, LOL
That translated post should be saved by everyone on here, and reposted every other day on here, it's far to important to loose
To history.
Thanks troublesome for that sir, you posted it here, you get most of the thanks

Another thing in that 1806 troublesome post, it said that it heard that a Chinese venture Company called NN CRYSTAL which had shown its desire in QD technology by placing the biggest bid on the acquisition of QD vision, it's also going to participate in the acquisition of nanoco', NN CRYSTAL is a venture company Invested in by the Chinese government to secure QD technology, the Chinese never got QD vision , Samsung got it, so the Chinese will be out to even the score here with nanoco, or not.
That 1806 post from troublesome is the most informative piece of imfo floating around the internet, and thank you to it's translater, for me it's exactly what I've been waiting on , there's been very little in-depth journalistic writups about our looking very likely nanoco sale.
The Chinese will bid very competitively for nanoco's ok, and that explains why Samsung out his everyone everyone else to secure QD vision, as I've read , they didn't actually need all them patents, it was to hold back the competition for a few years,
So they seemingly paid away over the odds for a loss making company who was seriously struggling, a bit like ourselves really. Except we are leading the industry now with our new Quantum dot patents in image sensors, and bio related fields, and also it's the next generation dispel material,
As that post states that other major Chinese display manufacturers are preparing to acquire nanoco,
I'm now of the opinion that nanoco's could fetch a much higher price than even I come have envisaged just a few weeks ago.
For me that translated post is a game changer, and yes the sky is the limit now. This type of technology and a historic patent sale , can set industry record prices , when the world's stock market valuations at are also at record highs.
This looks a fantastic position to be in for a really substantial record takeout price.
Anything can happen in the stock markets, up or downwards, GLA.
Troublesome your 18.06 post is the most important post regarding nanoco to date,
If that post doesn't give investors confidence to snap our shares up, then nothing will. It's a fantastic find , excellent sir.
It's exactly what I wanted to here, and that completely confirms that there's very substantial interest in someone putting a substantial bid in for nanoco. Great stuff .
Warren1907 there's always a joker in every pack. LOL
Dogberry101 Elon Musk has a arguable point ok, though the value of any 1 patent can potentially become very valuable when connecting it to another new patent , it's like us having 753 patents he's only a portion of them will be seen as very valuable, though nanoco's criteria is to establish if a new finding has a decent value before it patents it's discoveries, so it always sees value in every patent it has in its estate. A patent has completely different values to completely different people at completely different times, and the only way to lock that value in , is to own that patent. So Elon Musk is looking at a patent from only one time period when he states that quote.
That's why any one of our 753 patents could link together like a jigsaw with other patents to create a revolutionary new super technology and then a new patent, that could potentially be worth billions in revenue streams. The old saying one personas garbage can be another person's treasure.
And that's why I keep saying we could have a treasure trove in 753 patents , and our suitors know that.
Please DYOR, and buy with caution, GLA
That cost was legal fees a month, that's why QD visions were buckling under that financials presure, Samsung bought QD visions 250 patents ,even though they didn't necessarily need all them, and a large number of patents overlapped, in other words Samsung wanted to make sure no one else bought these 250 patents, that's what these big companies do, spend huge amounts of money to hold back the competition, it's only business as they know it.
Gla
Though I assure you Apple would still love our 753 QD patents.
GLA
Blahblahdoh your post was very well though out ,and stacked up very well. It fills in perfectly the gaps and missing information in my post, excellent posting Sir.
GLA
Beingthebanker do you have that link that says there's interest from a Chinese backed company and korean interested parties, ?
Gla
Another thing QD vision were in patent dispute with nanosystems , costing them $500.000 a month.
