Just sold my holding for a nice little profit. Part of the game is getting to know the way that the stock trades. DGE has been trading in a defined range between 2850 and 3050 but has moved up to new levels. I will buy in again when it dips to around 2970p or lower Bolinger Band double crossover and hold until at least my modest 5% profit target is reached. Despite my caution I am convinced that this will do well upon lockdown easement. DYOR GLA.

Optimistic AGM announcement this morning with revenues up over 50%. They can’t comment on profit due to ongoing GOCO acquisition but this morning reinforces my confidence that FUTR will be a great holder this year. DYOR GLA

Morning lovely people. Bought in at my entry price of 260p crossing the lower Bollinger Band. Will hold now and look for 279p and red candles as target exit. DYOR GLA

I bought my IOG on 13 Jan 2020 pre-covid for 19p. Oil was $58/barrel then. I’ve held them through the oil price low as I believe that this stock has potential to double in value, long term. I feel oil is going to shoot higher this year based on supply limitations imposed by oil producers and increased movement of goods globally which can only be done at the moment via fossil fuel powered cargo vessels and air freight. I’m starting to think I was wrong to predict a retrace to a much lower level. Price following Bollinger Bands quite nicely and although there might be a small retrace on the chart FUTR seems to be destined for 1890p very soon. I’m already in small profit right now but holding as AGM on 10 Feb might provide further boost. Any thoughts? Do FUTR use the AGM as vehicle for their trading statement? DYOR GLA

I've heard this morning on LBC radio that dog adbuctions are on the rise. I hope that nobody has been affected by this as it must be awful and my thoughts are with you if you have. My point is that there is a big rise in demand for dogs generally which can only affect PETS. Be vigilant if you have pets. GLA

The picture continues to change. JET2 shot through the upper Bollinger band today. However, I am still looking for the retrace before buy in. Now possible levels to watch for entry are 1306 and 1274. If it does continue to climb and not retrace, 1530p would require establishment of a new trading range. ATH was around 1700p in Jan 2020. Inflation will mean that long term this stock should challenge 2000p when the industry settles again and EU countries get their vaccine rolled out, timescale TBD. Let the trend be your friend. Hello everyone. I am a new contributor here. I have held MRW before selling for a small profit. I don't hold any currently as I am waiting for the right buy conditions. With earnings to Jan 2021 due to be posted on 11 March what is the general consensus as regards effect on MRW? I notice that the last period earnings (posted Sep 2020 for period ending Jul 2020) were down on expectations and SBRY and TSCO seem to be down as well. Last year MRW earnings to Jan 2020 were up which caused a nice trend up. DYOR GLA

From recent low on 27 Jan DGE has trended up. Currently moving around middle of resistance and support. Trend would indicate test to resistance between 8 Feb and 10 Feb for a small profit. However, IMO more profit to be gained by holding past lock down lifting when SP will surely jump. GLA DYOR.

Perfect buy in was 266p on 28 Jan with rise to 286p for over 7% profit (less spreads and costs). Missed it this time. Good luck to all holding HFD.

Hello everyone. I’m new to this chat group. SDY seems to follow pretty closely to bollinger band pattern and is trading below lower band right now which might indicate a good time to buy. The spread is higher than I normally go for which puts me off as trade volume low. Construction and DIY has been booming over the past year. Does anyone else have any thoughts on where the share might go this year?.Good luck to everyone with SDY.

What I just don’t understand is that in Nov2019 JET2 posted 187m profit (share price was same level as today circa 1450). Share price then grew to 1950 peak. Then covid happened and share price dropped. Nov2020 JET2 post 40.3m loss. So how can the current shareprice (circa 1450) be justified other than riding market sentiment/optimism. It can’t reflect the true market cap, can it? Even if by some miracle they turn their figures to period ending Sep2021 into a small profit it can’t possibly be a the same market cap (and hence share price) as it was in Nov 2019. UK is the only EU country with significant population vaccinated and most of them are not the families with 2.4 kids who make up most of the summer package trade. IMO you can trade the range here to make a small profit but there must be a big drop coming surely (interim results maybe). Same story with lots of other shares in FTSE and US too. That’s why I’m keeping a pot of cash in reserve for now. Happy to have my theory debunked...GLA

Thanks Expru2000. Yes great company. We use them too and never had a less than brilliant holiday. The staff are so friendly and professional and you get the real feeling that they genuinely care about their customers having a good holiday. I might be too late to jump in now but I wish everyone with holdings all the best luck.

Sold my holding this morning at 552p for a moderate profit. Will buy in again at nearest strong buy signal around 533p. I will aim to hold until strong sell signal around 555p for 4% profit. I am looking to ride the escalator and trade all the way to 600p which I predict will be before May. I would love to hear other's strategies, targets and timeframes for this stock. DYOR and GLA

Great share and shop. As well as some basic food and drink items, you can buy booze, household cleaners, makeup, toys, electrical, DIY and garden stuff. Its cheap too. It's one of those shops where you go in for one small thing and end up with a basket full. With gardeners starting to come out of hibernation and lock down still in place demand for its products will stay firm. GLA
