The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
It's like Cave did a brain storming session with his students and chucked all the answers in the RNS
I thought the strategy was growth by acquisition. No mention of that.
Lots of jam tomorrow future projects that may or may not ever happen. No mention of current sales, and remaining masks given away. Confirms the India deal is off if nothing else
You may have to scroll a long time to find it though, ranked 92 in the medical procedures mask best sellers list.
Duffin is only concerned with the SA. The last short and sweet RNS as good as stated that Zero mention of what or whats not happening with products or the JV
Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if Muffin got his options strike price lowered again. Must be hard work destroying shareholder value and confidence like he has.
Duffin has put all of the eggs in the SA basket. He doesn't seem bothered about getting sales or contracts, that's not his background. Just check out his LinkedIn profile or visit his other business, Angel Share Capital . He is all about mergers and acquisitions (allegedly). Time will tell if NNN becomes one of his success stories.

Somebody let Cave know. Pro Larva condoms could be the next big thing
Yep DrM. Thanks to Muffins zero comms policy its all heresay, gossip and searching companies house for any scraps of news. Even if he had come out and gave a timeline of 1 year or something to convert Volz production and have products on the market at least we'd know. As it is, the old saying about mushrooms springs to mind... kept in the dark and fed on BS
Yes ExMS, all old news. Midland Filters was bought by Volz in 2019. Small firm based out of Northampton.

Nothing to suggest those machine tools bought by Volz Engineering are anything to do with Virosynth. They may or may not. Time will tell with that one.
Virosynth have no products on the market. Nothing on the Volz or Midland Filters websites. No mention anywhere. Again, time will tell what happens there.
Virosynth has used the Volz address in Manchester from the start. Been on the website since it went live earlier in the year.
Trisor... Virosynth want people to contact them. There is an online contact form. The phone number listed on the website doesn't work... 0161 647 7997. I don't understand why you don't think this is a problem. They should just remove it from the website if they don't have a working phone. its been like this for months now.
Virosynth have a whole section about contacting them... Become a Virosynth Technology and Additive Supplier. A working phone would be a useful tool to contact them for a chat

Whats the point in going to the office? The BoD probably work from home anyway
The company won't even give a rough time line for progress of the JV. No clue as to when Volz production will be converted. Not even something vague like product launch in the 3rd quarter of 2022 or similar. Absolutely pathetic from the BoD, how on earth people can still try and ramp this pile of dog muck is baffling. Almost 2 years of delays, excuses and disappointment and still people are saying shareholders should be patient.
SP needs to double and then some to get anywhere close to the 1p options price Muffin awarded himself. An SA is no guarantee the share price will multi bag, plus there will be heavy selling on the way to 1p, if of course an SA ever happens.
It's only a temporary contract though. Guess the fact they are hiring production staff can be taken as a bit of a positive.
It was posted on here last week. No idea if its anything to do with NNN or Virosynth
Regarding Volz production lines, there is currently construction work happening at the Volz Filters Slovakia facility. Nothing to suggest it's anything to do with NNN or Virosynth, just thought I'd point it out.
If you use Facebook search for Volz Filters SK or a building firm called JPVK SROS and search posts. A photo from end of march shows a completed 'materials room'. It's an empty room though so don't get your hopes up.
Brown was a ruthless b'stard. Ramping the share then selling out on the first opportunity. Cheap placing for his mates. Gave zero fks for shareholders. He knew how to line his own pockets though. Reckon Muffin has been reading up about him and wants to be a Brown 2.0
