Check that guys twitter history. Looks like he bought in after the Thursday RNS. Its just a ramp, where did that £8M figure come from.

Come off it Castle, you can't seriously blame ExMS for people losing money on this dog. Youve been ramping this for ages, you even had this as a strong buy yesterday. It's your advice that will lose people money.

Castle is the last ramper standing it seems. Michu used to insult people who posted but weren't invested. Maybe he sold on Thursday and is heeding his own advice.

Positive news then back towards 0.18p, unless that involves massive dilution then down she goes.
Negative news - shares suspended
No news then drift downwards to 0.05p

If it was as simple as getting a long term loan they probably wouldn't have gone down the route of Lanstead and Oval X. NNN have exhausted their current finance options, hence the RNS stating they run out of money soon. They are even relying on VAT rebates and grants to keep the lights on

Cave hasn't sold any yet, seen his 200M shares go all the way to 7p and down to 0.1p

Duffin will have his pants pulled down over any deal he can muster together surely. The company is on its last legs and the RNS just highlights that times are desperate. Wonder is yesterdays RNS was Duffin putting the for sale sign up to see if there is any interest.

Sadly, I suspect insolvency will be the final outcome here.

Would you be confident that Duffin can turn things around if additional income allowed the lights to be kept on for a month or 2 extra? I certainly wouldn't. Wouldn't trust Duffin to run a bath let alone a company.

Any successful tax credit might keep the lights on for an extra month or 2 but it's probably just delaying the inevitable.

Volz probably knew this was inevitable and held off altering their product range, remember that Duffin stated last year that Volz would have everything they need to go into production by the end of last year.... But nothing.

That list sounded like Cave and his students brain storming ideas one morning in class. Company had bitten off more than it could chew with all these R&D projects, product launches and a JV with Volz.

I personally don't think there was much appetite for the tech either. Under better management there may but no one was snapping our hand off to bring anything to market. Volz have been on board for 2 years and nothing from them.

They run out of money in the next 2 months as it stands, have they got the time to do a share consolidation?

Will they be able to do a placing now? Probably need billions of new shares at a discount to today's closing price. Would take a brave person to invest now with the BoD reputation in tatters.

Atomicnano and the GB Nano stuff are all very niche products. Even if they do start selling I can't see the income to be much (at the start at least)

From the RNS..."with its current cash resources and an expected VAT rebate, the Company has sufficient cash resources to finance its operations through to June 2023"

So they need the taxman to give a rebate to allow them to get to June as well.

Complete disregard for shareholders is all this firm knows. First it was Brown, now Muffin. Still, Duffin can still get his £16k pm wages until June so at least he is ok.
