Stedman and Linda Saleh have already joined up with Duffin at Angel Share Capital. The bs RNS about interested parties was the final effort to delay a shareholder uprising and probably rinse whatevers left.

Banburyco Ltd, a Duffin company originally set up early 2022 and named GBNano Ltd is being dissolved with companies house. It was never part of the Nanosynth group but was used as a place holder for the GB Nano name.

GBNano Ltd was renamed to Banburyco Ltd and a dormant company within NNN (Nanosynth Medical??) became GB Nano last July. Probably not very relevant in the grand scheme of things but thought I'd stick it up on here anyway.

He's already got some of the NNN senior staff over there now, wouldn't be surprised if he started cherry picking other things

You're still going to have the same problems with the business even if new funding can be found surely. An inability to bring anything to market and spending company cash like its confetti. Add to that a number of staff have moved on to new roles, the HR director and Stedman are now at Angel Share Capital with Muffin. Sometimes you just have to let something die and start again elsewhere.

What with this and his mysterious 'gardening leave' from Service Power his rteputaion can't be all that anyway. We know he has taken on the NNN HR director and Andrew Stedman over at Angel Share Capital, be interesting to see what happens there now after the fallout here.

Where's ProfitJock, his insane ramping last few days was a disgrace. Should be ashamed of his self. Company clearly stated they only had cash left until June, sadly this was the most likely outcome. Hope no one got stitched up by today's ridiculous pump.

The company stated their dire financial situation in the April 6th RNS. It was always a gamble anyone buying in since.. Guess we'll soon find out the outcome
