The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
No sign of any products coming to market soon. No idea how the JV is progressing, or even a rough timescale. The 7 vertical R&D ideas are probably years away from being commercial (if ever), talks in advance stage with potential partners blah blah... business as usual at NNN towers
Keep the sp low in the short term to reduce the payments to NNN from Lanstead, they can then trade any spikes or improvements in sp further down the line to recover their costs and make a tidy profit. Sounds like a good deal for Lanstead. That 0.733 benchmark average is a long way off at the moment
Very true. Queue-dodging Holly Willoughby used one though the other day to hide behind though.
Mask wearing in Asia was common way before the covid pandemic. I do agree that China's policy of locking down an entire city with the first sign of a negative test a bit strange though.
Joe Biden has stated this weekend that the covid pandemic is over in the US, although people there are dying from it still.

from the article... "If you notice, no one's wearing masks," he said. "Everybody seems to be in pretty good shape...I think it's changing."
The first one on that list is a lab tech and a student doing a masters at NTU

The winter vaccine booster campaign is underway now so that should hopefully keep a lid on the death rate. Time will tell if a mask mandate is brought in over here, my mum got her booster yesterday and she hates wearing a mask.
China locks down a city if someone gets a runny nose at the moment. Shouldn't be a surprise they are wearing masks.
No news so nowt to talk about or cause a spike. Sp is drifting in no man's land now.
What new trading platform has stabilised the sp @maidit308? A wide spread or a bit of fluctuation during the day is nothing new here
What are you going on about mainit308. Market opened normally at 8am, there's just little appetite for this share without solid news regarding sales, contracts, earning money. There will be the odd spike on good news like the REACH approval and R&D tie-ups with unnamed businesses.. Firm needs to start earning regular income.
The last ones he did weren't exactly successful. Maybe he can go national rather than BBC East Midlands Today this time.
Isn't this just the Lanstead deal we know about. Not new news
From the RNS..." is pleased to announce they have entered into a joint development agreement with a global wellness company for their first project in the cosmetics market."
Clearly states its the global players first project in cosmetics. "for their first project" Its good news whoever it is though.
The RNS says its the global players first project in cosmetics so it won't be Boots
I read it as if the weighted average for the month is say 20% below 0.7333 then NNN get 20% less installment payment, likewise if the sp is 10% above 0.7333 then its 10% extra. Either way there will need to be much improved comms and some actual sales to get to 0.7333p
To get the full amount or more they sp has to be averaging 0.7333p or above. Think I read that right. Will hopefully get better comms from the Co to get the sp heading north if nothing else.
Interesting fund raise. Not sure what to make of that
The 5th trial was only part of what is needed for Volz and the JV to go into production. I doubt you'll get a running commentary with everything they're doing to get REACH UK certification. They never told us about the previous 4 tirals that must have happened. Lets remember its NNN we're dealing with here, not renowned for their communication to shareholders. A successful 5th trial allows an environmental report to be produced, which in turn is needed for the application for REACH certification. No idea how long REACH application takes to get rubber stamped. May have been issues with the trial, or the application is with the HSE now... who knows.
£48k sell, quite a hefty trade for this share
