Well its been emotional. Salvaged 800 quid from the flames. May live to regret that but going with my gut on this one, and my gut is telling me a suspension from AIM in the next few weeks.
Sincerely hope those hanging on reap the rewards. Ive been burned a few times in the past doing that so less keen on that "may as well lose it all" mentality.

Not so much distressed. Just analysing what is known, and making a judgement call on whether to lose every penny of investment, or recover some shrapnel from the fire.

Interesting thing is you can still get an offer on north of 1M shares in one trade.

Im potentially recovering some shrapnel here today. 5 figure loss. Learning the hard way. Hopefully can recover losses over a few others in the coming 12 months. Agree with other posters that it would be very difficult for NNN to raise anything, aside from the fact that what business in their right mind would cut a deal with NNN now that they are pretty much insolvent, due diligence would uncover the fact NNN have no levers in negotiation. The BOD have very much misleaded investors on this one.

Rooky. Good of you to offer supoort. Ive got 1.2m averaged down a few times and at 1p currently. Seen a few fold but this one is particularly dodgy I think, considering what looks like quite an abrupt cashflow warning. Ive not compiled such a case before but happy to supoort. Would a first step perhaps be to start a seperate thread, asking members to post number of shares held, then move to a private platform to discuss in more detail? Even if we all get nothing back, which I can deal with as thats investing sometimes, at least we can hold the current management to account.

Its delusional to think that anyone who thinks negative posters dont own shares. Im 82% underwater, witha substantial sum of cash, and have absolutley nothing positive to say about this business. Every promise and projected target set over the last few years has been broken or missed and the business is now stuck in a pretty rotten Lanstead deal, with no revenue and no sign of revenue. If yoh can find something genuinley positive to say about this business that is realistic id be all ears, but from history its a complete disaster. So lets keep things realistic.

I hope so too, but their cash situation is a problem. From reading the latest bulletin it looks like we are in for further dilution of up to 20% as the terms of the Mercer CLN deal are changing. CLNs arent great as it is as the market is continuously flooded with more shares and Mercer will control the price, perhaps selling on any spike. This, other than the lack of revenue is the 2nd problem. Perhaps someone with a better knowledge of CLNs who has read the recent report could share their view. We need some serious revenue, and soon, but with all pharma its high risk, high returns if MGC can capitalise on something. Breakthrough epilepsy treatment would be a wonderful thing for sufferers.

Id like to be wrong but I only have the history of this business to make a judgement on. No deals/revenue and despite some nice ideas an aparrent inability to commercialise anything. Its the continued silence that gets me, and this is only the case as there is nothing significant to report.

Sadly this business does feel dead in the water. Only a matter of time before lights out. Can't see any further fund raising being successful, and the business has no revenue, no published deals in the last 24 months, and a cash runway that doesnt fill me with confidence. We all make mistakes. This was one of mine.

Sadly, going by the history here you are probably spot on.

Been here since the heady heights of September 20! So good to see progress here. Exciting times. Know we should keep it Hemo, but for what its worth I think NNN is a burning platform.

DrM's earlier posts in this theread arw 100% on the money in my view. Lanstead is bringing in nada. If we were anywhere near news which could have been released via RNS I can't see a world where they would attribite 8% of the business to 400K.
Last ditch attempt to keep the lights on I reckon. Anyone doing deals with NNN will also have this knowledge as leverage.
Shame a lot of us were sucked in with the masks fiasco.
Hopefully they pull something out the bag. Highly unlikely though.
