Not at all. Reckon a vertical launch past 1p is just what the doctor ordered. Locked and loaded.
Indeed Fitzy. Im pretty bullish here having done a complete 180 in recent months. Looking forward to the next update on filter trials. GLA.
Unitedguy. 6 months ago I would have 100% agreed with you, but now the approach and potential are very different.
I remember the mask making Lemu days and to be honest that was a farce. They dragged in a machine more for proof of concept which was perhaps wrongly mooted as the machine for the production line. Production should have always been licenced rather than delivered in house.
Now we have a new CEO, new strategy which puts licencing at its core, and a partnership with a key player in the filtration industry which alone in the UK is worth eyewatering sums of money.
Price action I think reflects this shift. I for one am excited about what may be round the corner.
NNNs time will come. I dont think the market will ignore virus killing filtration. Private Hospitals, Aircraft, Clean Rooms, Offices and Hospitality, Doctors Surgeries and Dentists. The list is never ending. Im going to predict (. 85p) by end of August if news of successful final trials and partnerships drops. Could even see the magic 1p.
Good weekend all.
Im here for the gold you see.
"someone had to say it"
Just topped up myself. Averaged down very close to the magic 1p price. GLA.
100%. 2-3% per day is far preferable to a 60% spike. Then a bus load of nutcases arrive with the wait till the yanks wake up, wouldn't like to be out this for the weekend chat.
Defo needs a kick somehow. Been considering averaging down but feel like the last 12 months price action is hinting that this isn't the bottom.
Fairdealer. This is a realistic view IMO. I have a modest loss comparered to others. 10K in a SIPP. But have exactly the same view as yourself. Pence in the pound is all we can hope for, I can't see a better outcome. Shafted.
Realise ive banged on about this a bit today, so will be the last post on this for a while. Here is my take. It is positive that MGC now have access to cash, as without any sizeable revenue something had to happen soon. Pipeline looks promising too. However, CLNs will most likely put downward preasure on the SP for the next 18 to 24 months unless MGC find means to exit the agreement or raise some substantial capital through sales contracts. The reality is 1.2M of loan will be shortly called off by MGC issuing a further 21M shares to Mercer. "there is your initial dilution" Mercer will not be in this for the long haul and like us PIs will be selling their shares when the SP increses either through positive sentiment or actual results. So here we have the dilution element and any good news being sold into, this further spooks PIs who also sell into the price drop. Everyone is hoping to catch the bottom.
The thing is this is just the implications of the first tranche, and MGC will call off the loan, issuing shares to Mercer for the next 18 months at points which we won't be aware of until RNS'ed. The whole death spiral repeats and Mercer hold the keys to how the share price behaves as any short term raise will be potentially massivley sold into to an extent that us PIs could only dream of. This happened with Hemo & MINT quite recently and there will be evidence online of this probably. Hemo managed to pay back a large chunk of the initial loan and further drawdowns were cancelled. Terminating the funding agreement.
Why am I explaining this? I personally think we should be wary of going all in, or averaging down just now. While the MGC pipeline looks good, the CLN situ will likely have a substantial short to mid term negative effect on the SP.
Personally im 75% underwater just now, and plan to average down considerably as I believe in the pipeline, however. Im going to wait and see how sp behaves in the coming months as for the above reasons I think the share price halving is much more likely than a 100% increase in the mid term.
All just my own personal opinion and DYOR. GL all long suffering MGC holders! Hopefully we'll see profit one day. Im here for the long haul.
Stew, genuinley I would caution going all in. CLNs are not a good thing and its death by dilution forcing the price down at regular intervals. Waiting a few weeks/months might be a better strategy but DYOR and all that jazz.
Indeed. We can only hope that something they are working on ends up bringing in decent revenue and MGC can buy themselves back out of the CLN situation. Otherwise it could just be dilution to death over the next couple of years, depending on how frequently MXC use the facility.
CLNs by way of loan have great potential to be a complete disaster mid term. So this isnt great news at all. Perhaps like others have suggested a placing, although preferable, wouldn't have gleaned enough interest. You only need to read about the whole HEMO/Mint fiasco, which HEMO eventually got themselves out of. I'm going to put my neck on the line and predict a share price of (. 5) in the coming trading weeks as a result. If I wasn't so underwater id sell out. May average down but waiting for that magic (. 5) to do so. This is now so deep in the bottom drawer ill need a shovel to get it out again.
Every move they make
Every step they take
I'll be recovering some losses
Looks like its tried 3 times since 7th june to break 2p resistance. If we get some sponsorship news in the next 2 weeks perhaps 2p will be broken. Until then its hard to say.
Radika, i had an average of 4.5 but was lucky to be able to average down a fair but which was pretty reckless considering. Hopefully with some contracts/partnerships you will see your 4.5 back and then some. Sentiment appears to have changed and things feel a bit less spikey than previously. GLA
Seems to move fast when it moves!
Interesting. If this causes another spike and they dont announce the agreement then they'll prob have to do a 2nd RNS to prevent a speeding ticket. If this happens its the first time ive seen that. Perhaps yesterdays RNS will cover them until they formally announce as they could state that they updated the market prior. Just bought a wedge yesterday BTW. Interesting stock. GLA.

Well something is causing this to waken up
Ive been sober for all my trades in the last 2 years, but going by some of my decisions you'd think I was absolutley blootered.
