As much as this is a complete dog of a share and goes through the worst of the AIM playbook on a regular basis, does the successful Retail Offer at least in theory de-risk a potential huge consolidation for around 6 months or make it less likely? Shafting a bunch of potentially new retail investors wouldn't go down well with them. Can't remember the events leading up to the previous consolidations that wiped out investors previously? Anyone's memory go back that far?

Id hazard a bet that they wont manage to raise half the £1.2M.

Nothing whatsoever. Pipeline or opportunity aside just zoom out on the chart from April 2020 to current day and this tells you everything you need to know.

Sad reality is last RNS on 2nd April relating to.funding stated that cash runway had been extended to late April. Hard to get much later April than the end of this week. With no further announcements its not feeling like good news is around the corner.

@Tyke68 Reading your comment I was just thinking this myself. This has got to be the most silent listed business on LSE. It's a total drag. If it wasnt for some clued up posters digging for information we would rarely know anything. Long periods of silence, followed by long periods of silence. The silence means that inevitably all we see as investors is price drift year on year.

Why do you think this? It could quite as easily be de-listed or suspended due to there being no cash available to run the business.

Posted that before I'd finished. Was going to say thought about averaging down, however concerned that what might follow a huge placing is another consolidation. Either that or not enough interest in the placing then the inevitable.

Similar situation here too maddog. In far too deep here and written it off in my mind. We have all made very poor decisions at one point and this one was mine. I can see what Porky was on about years ago. A lifestyle business which hasn't brought in any revenue or made any meaningful commercial deal for as long as I can remember. Only ever raises, dilution and consolidations.

There will only ever be more of the same sadly and feel its the 11th hour here. Can't think of a single reason why anyone will support this outfit when they get the begging cap out again. Likely in the coming weeks.

Hi Moorscloud. I'm not on ShareDiver, thanks, will have a look. Although here seems to be a mixture of well considered debate and at the other end insults about peoples mums, which although tiring does have some decent comedy value!

Oh Alde. I'm not obsessed with Loose Women, neither do I love or hate it. However I'm not on Mumsnet every day posting about how indifferent I feel about it.

Glad you made some money, thats one of the key reasons to invest.

There are some very clever folks on here when it comes to this sector, Hemo specifically and the big farmer. So I'll do my own research while also considering the views of those folk.

Absolutley. This Share is a lesson in how you can lose a lot of money in pharma stocks if you aren't too careful, believe the hype and hold/average down. There will be a few bounces here so worth a punt if you aren't in already but as said LTHs shafted beyond recovery now. I remember sparring a little with Porky a year or so again on here but was on the fence at the time. Now clear to me what's going on here. Oh and Porky I promise im still not Laura.😜

I was close. Actually higher than I thought. Cannot believe they pulled that off. Another year of nothing to follow. Fair play to them.
