From the daily court list this hearing was scheduled for 1/2 day with another case due at 2pm. They are five hours behind so should be over now, but we may not hear before tomorrow

Take out the inevitable Christmas holiday and I'd say its much less than that. Things will grind to a halt at the end of next week, if they haven't already. Imo they know exactly where they're at and what the realistic prospects are. I guess we'll have to wait until Jan before we lowly shareholders are given any info. As I've previously said, Richard has always been quick to comment on here even though he is bound by non disclosure rules and the fact that both he and his attackers have said nothing since Oct is looking increasingly significant. They may have nothing new to report, but some comment from the leading players would at least reassure us that the process continues. I have to say the longer the silence goes on the more I fear we are heading for extinction.

Agreed Edzi, the fact that they have to announce any major developments does give me some confidence that the silence is just a formality but it wouldn't hurt for someone to give us an update!

Hmm, interesting point Mad. Big scope here but I guess all hinges on the 11th. Reminds me of a few other shares where speculation before the big event sent the sp into orbit. Sadly the end result wasn't so good, but if you time these things right, then payout is very good. Big risk

Everything looks really good here, but one question is bugging me and the answer maybe obvious, but what has caused the financial issues? The interims mention the bonds being an ongoing pain and also interest charges, but is there any other reason. The much promised divis have been held up too. Can any LTH's explain please. This is a genuine question no agenda.

The two most vocal against Richard haven't posted since 24th/25th Oct but as I say, that's maybe because he hasn't posted anything either. Probably just related to history between them anyway and nothing really to do with the future here.

My concern is the silence here, both from Align and Richard's detractors. I guess the latter may not feel the need if Richard isn't posting but the lack of any comment from either party is unusual. As Edzi says it may just be close period rules but that's never stopped them before giving vent to their thoughts!! There also maybe nothing new to say, but it would be nice to know something is still happening??

There have been a few chunky sells, but if Align changed anything we would know. It would also finish any credibility they have as Richard's been a champion for this share. I am surprised that he's so quiet though. I know he was fed -up of being attacked by the usual suspects, but I dont understand why he doesn't at least say something

No info either. Not even Richard from Align who is usually fairly quick to respond. Even his attackers are quiet. The silence is deafening !!

Couldn't agree more Adam. L2 is very useful when the rampathon is in full swing and I usually cant be bothered to challenge all the hype but 124k was just too much lol Think it was actually £124.75 !!

Think some are getting a bit over excited this afternoon and claiming trades that aren't there. Its been a good day but lets not start making things up!!
