for a while here, but very much share the frustrations. We've had encouraging words lately from Align but still nothing and I suspect the current natural disaster is bound to have a bearing on things. It really felt from Richard's words that something was in the pipeline, but the only thing I can see is yet another placing to keep the lights on. Its all very well hinting that things are about to move, but the fact is Align are a major shareholder. We all know there are rules on disclosure and inside info etc, but we've been patient enough, we need to know exactly what's happening to our investments!

Ironic--no one could ever argue against your logic here, but I think it's a step too far to say WDC is at the forefront of these advances. They are part of the technology that's part of the story. That's the reason why there's been a reaction here over the past few days. The sp movements are more to do with the rest of the story. Lets hope for a return to sensible value whatever that is!

Well, that's where I'm coming from too. Put it this way, if ROI are found at fault, the situation will be heavily stage managed to avoid global impact. Out of Court would be the perfect way to achieve that, but who knows. Mind you, dont forget, if the annulment is allowed it also has ramifications for the original tribunal so they will want to manage things carefully too.
