I have followed this share for years and am a substantial holder and I for one am sick to death of having to witness this playground tit for tat between you two. The simple fact is, we all heard Scot's bullish assessment earlier this year followed by his sudden departure. I am not interested in your points scoring rhetoric, we just want to know what is going on.

This was a post from not that long ago! 'AFG's contract expires 30 Sep. My expectation is that all parties will want to have produced MATERIAL and I mean MATERIAL progress by then. That is less than 8 wks away'

Contract with AFG runs out so will have to be an announcement of future intentions

Exactly baserite. Nothing is certain. I fought my own planning battle for 10 years and it involved two appeals. A long process which I eventually won.

Sorry Peter but it really isn't 'nailed on'. True, planning committees usually find with the officer but not always. It looks as positive as it can be but you never know, and we really dont want this to go to appeal as it will likely be a public inquiry and take a long time.

Agreed, but dont forget at the end of the day this will be decided by committee and those members will bring their own feelings to bear regardless of the no of objections.
