The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
Where did people see this 124k buy??
When did SOLG shoot up from 11p to 40p in a couple of hours? I was with them for a very long time and of course there was a rise but it took a long time from what I remember?
others appear to be bailing too?? I would say a def hold here! Sadly I was too slow this morning, but may get in yet
looks like he may have sold 5 mins later at £500 loss, bit of a silly thing to do!!
Sorry Investor, you've lost me there. What's that got to do with my question about the Amigos?? Replied to the wrong post I guess?
Havent been on this BB for ages, whatever happened to the Amigos who were relentlessly ramping here? You could hardly get a post in when they were in full flow?
There's been real problems with the reporting of trades and prices on this site lately. LSE need to sort it out!
several of them if you look
AND I may add, completely disrespectful to those of us who've stuck with the company for years patiently waiting through BOD changes and God knows what else! We need a monthly update, even if its just a business as usual!
is not golden!
Appreciate there maybe nothing new to report, but some sort of communication would at least show there are still things happening, even if its just to say, talks continue. This constant silence is deafening!!
Ok, so there was me thinking ( hoping) we could move on from all the mud-slinging, but clearly not!
There are obviously deep divisions between certain posters, but it doesn't help the rest of us to have them continually played out on this BB. I realise everyone has a right to defend themselves against untruths but really?? Us LTHs just want info and rational debate...PLEASE!
Richard, in the light of nothing coming from the BOD, you remain our sole source!
Err, I think you mean Q4 has just started, dont you?
Still at least the mud-slinging has stopped!
Thank you Scott for your comments.
As I have said, I have no desire to get involved in yours and Richard's war of words, as a LTH I am purely interested in any genuine information. I have my suspicions but that's as far as it goes. For what its worth, I always thought Nick seemed to be on the shareholders side and I did voice my concerns regarding his removal, as I did about your sudden change of heart and departure.
Great post Sageman. At last someone speaking some sense! Could not agree more.
The plot thickens!
SRB, even though as you say it's of little importance now, I'm curious to know more about your impressions of Nick Trew. We have always been told that a personality clash made negotiations impossible hence why he was removed. What is your take on this?
Obviously, a fund raise depends on finding someone to put cash in. So the answer is no, it wont go on indefinitely. The BOD would need to persuade investors to put more money in so will have to convince them its worth while. There is a limit to how much existing stakeholders will commit.
Logic...spot on!
As I posted the other day, we get there's bad blood between the two of you, but this is not the place to air it in public. As two people far more connected with the company than most of us on here, we need your constructive comments and information, not playground spats about bets!
Seconded, as per my posts last night.
Actually I will go further than this.... on behalf on my fellow LTHs I will be contacting the FCA first thing tomorrow as this ridiculous scenario has gone on long enough
