Yes the holding was reduced as a percentage due to the placing but note the last the last line. Recent Divestment, means the reduction of assets.

If you knew of a company and you somehow knew they had deals ready to be signed would you risk getting in shoot to inform people that you do not know, or would you load up on shares on the hush hush?
