Picking up on this comment from the other day. I used to work in the field of Planning many years ago albeit in the UK not Portugal. A planning authority would never issue a decision before the end of the public consultation. They might have already made a decision but it never gets issued before the publicity end date. They could put themselves at risk of legal challenge if they failed to provide the public with the stated time in which they were provided to comment.

I am not saying that in this case the decision is made, but rather explaining why the outcome will not be released before the 31st.

Not a snowballs chance in hell are they going to risk their tourism for more covid testing. Countries are lowering their testing and documentation requiements all the time.

It only moved like a rocket due to the covid hype. As far as the markets are concerned covid sentiment is done. Look at the prices for GDR, ODX, SNG, HEMO, BRH then wake up and smell the coffee.
