Yes I have read the news. They are going to be going ahead with vaccine passports in all likelihood. The chance of the travel industry opening up with hundreds of thusands or even millions of holiday makers agreeing to a compulsory quarantine is as close to zero as you can get. Firstly as the travel sector opens up they will not have enough hotels to keep people in because they will go back to being used as hotels, secondly people will not agree to it in sufficient numbers to make it viable.
The market is not Europe or the UK in my opinion. The market is the USA.
