Everything has changed. We find out the day AFTER the court date that it didnt happen. This is nothing about losing TIME, which is totally understandable as delays do happen. This is about losing TRUST.

Hearing is not adjourned. To be adjourned it has to begin to start with.

Whilst we do not know the finer details. I find it hard to believe that this was only found out yesterday. Very poor form to only be finding out now in my opinion.

I am unconvinced todays event will be the cayalyst some of you are expecting. We are waiting the consideration of the expert reports in relation to the amount of claimed damages, not the outcome.

Yss there might be a lot of potential upside from here but I think it is a bit odd to be surprised that people are selling. Anybody who bought in between September 19 and December 20 will have likely made around ten times their original investment.

They do not need to list everything that will not happen.

On what basis are you making your three possible outcomes? The RNS of October clearly states

"The judge has set the hearing for consideration of the expert reports for 10 March 2021."

Francesco Gardin, Executive Chairman and CEO of Clear Leisure, commented, “We are very pleased with the tight timeline, set by the Venice judge, for the Sipiem claim. The March 2021 hearing is expected to be extremely informative as the amount of claimed damages will be formally submitted by the independent expert in his report to the judge”.

There is nothing in the RNS that states this court meeting today will include the award of costs decision.

I think we are now verging on fantasy now.

Why would an investor register at the court? All we are finding out is the value of the claim.

However whilst it is easy to spot a downtrend. It is near impossible to call the top.

Seen this time and time again in AIM forums.

People will regret a sale if the price goes up but be relieved if the price goes down. Nobody can be certain of the long term share price direction, please do not suggest that you do.

LSE will be running scripts to tot up all the buys and sells from the live trade data and summarise this in a table. Are you in some way insinuating that LSE are manually amending this data to try and skew investors decision making.

I dont think anybody takes the ramblings of MM predictions as gospel. Anyhow nobody knows how this will pan out. But surely its a bit hypocritical calling another member an "idiot" for making a prediction, and then going on to make a prediction yourself.

Not that sure how you think Arb has more 'potential'. Their Mcap increased from around £35m at the end of last year to £900m+ today. The potential as you call it has very much been realised. Yes they might be further down the road, but that does not equate to potential.

Nice rise first thing but lets not start the old 'mm tricks' nonsense. There will be buyers and there will be sellers. Nothing goes up in a straight line.

If the drop isnt a tree shake it's allowing iis to buy in before the good news
Any rise is obviously also good news

TheRiceman this is an AIM forum. Unfortunately you will frequently see validations that have little or know logic to them. I learnt a long time ago that if you pick eveyrbody up on arbitary validations you will get little else done.

You need to accept the forum for what it is. Namely 'a fairly innocuous jamboree of adolescent nonsense'.
