In value terms there are three times more buys than sells today but the share price ticks down a smidgen. Can someone explain ?

An exciting announcement and the future looks very bright. Really think this can be a transformational company.

What an outstanding announcement. All systems are go and all pointing north. This feels like only the beginning.

Very encouraging to see that Rob Rinder is taking payment in warrants at a price of 33p. Clearly he has confidence in the company and expects the share price to rise in the coming 12 months. Win win for all involved.

I would certainly be interested to receive feedback from the CEO on his visit to Indaba, Cape Town. Was it worthwhile, did it add value to the company, now that it is over, can we hear the objective of the long distance travel ?

Cape Town Indaba is from Feb 7th to 12th. As I am sure the CEO would not want to be away if a major announcement is due, I guess we can assume that nothing is going to happen on the easements, at least until his return. If he does not linger in the southern African summer the earliest we could then hear would be the second half of February. Tempus fugit and all that.

My understanding is that the payment is annual. Btw, I still feel that this share is flying under the radar. From the unaudited accounts the swift trend towards profitability is clear, as is the growth in partners and clients. Of course, more partners and clients will automatically lead to increased profits as costs will not rise in tandem.

Anyone got any idea why our CEO is attending the Mining Indaba in Cape Town ? Having attended in the past I can confirm that the atendees are almost exclusively Africa focused. I am genuinely interested to know what angle SAV might have for attending ?

First off, kudos to the management and accounting team to get end of year numbers out just eight days into the new year. It demonstrates how on top of the finances this company is. From the RNS I think it was noteworthy that the team had enough confidence in their momentum to bring forward expenditure scheduled for 2026 to Q4 of 2025. It would have been easy to hold the planned expenditure back to make the financials look even better but they ploughed ahead with the expenditure to take advantage of the momentum provided by the Renters Rights Act. Good decision made for the right reasons imo. Any dip is a buying opportunity given the trajectory of income and transaction growth

Given the rising spodumene price and the easement green light that is surely coming from the Portuguese Govt, this must be the time to buy ? Once the easement arrives, there has to be a rerate incoming. Spod price rising which will be good for the DFS figures, Aldeia sorted and the resource only going to increase. If not now, when would be a better time to stock up ?

Agreed. We need more granular detail of real progress with land and easements. In addition, I think that 2026 is about the 5th "transformational" year in a row.

The sale of over 4m shares by a single shareholder at the end of the day yesterday would suggest that a notable shareholder has got tired of waiting for jam tomorrow from this company

Impressive to see that the sp is already pretty much back to where it was following the subscription. This is a robust company with legs

I get the feeling that this is a sleeper. Going under the radar right now but well funded, making money and growing client numbers at an impressive clip.

All the positive energy and hype of the CEO is not reflected in the share price. When, if ever, will we see a a rerate that will stick and that is worthy of the hype ?

The last fund raise was supposed to get us through to the DFS. Now we need funds for a purchases that was surely forseeable at the time of the last fundraise. What will the next raise be for ? Are the staff and BOD really aligned with the shareholders or have we entered "lifestyle" territory ? It is difficult to continue believing in this management and BOD. Lots of promises, hope and dreams, followed by more fundraising and dilution.

Given the desperate state of the Mozambican finances and the poor economic outlook for the country it is surprising that the Govt is not biting the hand off Kenmare to get the new lease signed off

We are clinging on to 4p at the moment. Without some more positive news I fear we will drift down again. Surely, at some point, this share will deliver before we are all diluted by more fund raising
