Anything going remotely close to a 500% increase would be delightful but past experience with this share makes one very wary. Lots and lots of promises and potential but the proof is in the sp and that has languished for many a year. This time next year Rodney ?

RGG pops up again on my radar. This has been a strong week with two positive announcements and a nice climb in the sp. Stellar growth in income and transactions reported. A sleeper but a keeper

I am open to correction but, my understanding is that the previous mayor has already served two terms and was not able to stand again. His party was reelected but I believe there is a new person as mayor. However, if this is true, I have no idea who the new person is and if he or she will be an improvement on the outgoing mayor.

The Portugal Resident has never been able to hide its bias against the project. It is certainly not an objective player or reporter and consistently presents anti Portugal lithium sentiment. Ironically, these reports are generated on their lithium powered cell phones and computers.

Allenby Capital have a report out on Rent Guarantor. The upside in the share is noteworthy and this really seems to be under the radar at the moment. Time to get on board

Kenmare seems to be loose in the wind. I guess there will be no trend until/if the company reaches a deal with the Govt. God knows how long that will take. It would be useful to hear how negotiations are progressing or at least confirmation that that negotiations are ongoing and generally positive.

Over the last three or four years the senior management, Board of Directors, consultants and advisors have gradually become to be dominated by Portuguese nationals. This has been portrayed as a positive aspect as it promotes greater ownership, buy in and local knowledge. Yet, the problems being faced by the company are all still local issues. Local elections, local resistance to the project, local land disputes and Portuguese institutional delays. This is laid out clearly in todays RNS. It is time that the Portuguese team started to demonstrate to shareholders their value by overcoming these local issues and delivering value to the shareholders who pay their salaries and who are getting very tired of waiting for a sustained share price improvement.

The danger with the Moz Govt is that they always have Chinese suitors chirping into their ears making all sorts of enrichment promises. A deal is most likely but it would be wrong to think that it is the only solution available to the Moz Govt.

Where does the sp go from here ? Spiral slowly downwards as it has done on almost all previous occasions or does it consolidate and build a new floor ?

KMR have behaved responsibly in Mozambique and invested in the local community but the general population is convinced that the mega projects are making mega profits and that Mozambicans are getting left behind. Those who have been in this share for a looooooong time have been super patient. Lets hope the final quarter sees some real and sustained upward movement in the share price

Considering that negotiations with the much larger aluminium smelter are going poorly, what are the chances that Kenmare will emerge with an enhanced deal, or any deal ?

Is the sp stuck in neutral for the foreseeable future ? What will be the next event that will move it ?
