If anyone reports a post it gets removed. I was trying to point out that contracts that are being mentioned in 2014 relate to the MOU so they were followed through rather than what is being insinuated

Agreed but if it goes too much further I would be surprised.. if the contracts were not close or in doubt we should not have had the RNS. I would want to sell!! But each to their own way of investing

Funny how sentiment changes. Nothing has subsantially changed! It is still early in the New Year! Contracts on small construction projects can take weeks to sort out between two parties. This is a lot more involved. They probably need to get Akzo to extend their agreement as well.

So what does level 2 show? This has been dropped from 12.5 - to 10 on very low volume

Jethro, I think that you are being a tad harsh on the BOD. Once contracts are signed people will have very short memories. If they have a failing it is actually staing dates. At the AGM they should have just stated in the near future!

That all depends on what you include in ‘Going to Plan’

Dealing with contracts on a regular basis they can get delayed for unforeseen circumstances. They can be held up over a single clause or a signatory being away in holiday. It quite often gets down to a game of poker or finding a suitable compromise. The important bit at the moment is that the operational side is on programme.

They are probably haggling over percentages. Not a bad RNS not 100%. The 14 p buy was not me though
