I am working on the basis that if there was a large shareholder that the offer was extended for they are usually given a lot more information than we are so must be reasonably reassured to invest.

Lionel I think you are ignoring the expertise they have with MSAR. The took on two massive projects and followed them both with the exclusion of others. They are now looking more widely with a partner who has an interest in sales. Also the timing is different 2020 is now very close!!

Lionel I think you will find that if the OO is a success the SP will rise back to where it was prior to the offer or slightly higher as funds are then guaranteed until October. They must be very confident of tying up a contract before the OO funds run out or they would have gone for more in this offering

Wonga it cost me approx £250 and I will lose about 10,000 shares but that is small beer if the BOD get a contract signed in the spring

Fourteen Hundred what if your investment disappears altogether?? Sell some and buy them back. As Blackwash states it will take you 5 mins and saves everyone from further dilution. My guess is (and I maybe miles away) is that the large investor is buying more than his allowance to take up the slack.

Wonga yes it is a small loss but if the OO fails then where will you be?? It was quite an easy thing for me to do for the loss of a couple of hundred against losing thousands

Blackwash is spot on for a small loss on your existing holding it is a no brainier to sell and re buy even if you take a 50 %( an exaggeration hopefully) loss on your holding it is a lot better than the alternative!!

Crippen at the time he said that there would not have been. Things change. If the OO was going that badly why would they give an extension?? There wouldn’t be a lot of point

The whole point is that they are just about to!! Hence the £2 m fund raise rather than £5m. If the larger shareholders didn’t think it would play out they would not take part in the OO

The reason the price was shorted when they announced the OO and has not quite recovered. There are also holders that do not want to invest any more money selling so that they have cash to support the OO
