The offer needs to be taken up or the Company will fold!! So they have 2 choices either support it or lose everything that they have invested. They will support it if they believe the Company will be successful in the next 9 months. They will have had more in depth briefings and more information than we have had so can make a more informed decision

There are lots of small buys going through with some much larger sells which you would have thought would have driven the price down??

I doubt whether the PI’s will make a difference to this offer it will be decided by the larger shareholders who will have to make a decision to lose all their investment or stump up some more cash to support the company for the next 9 months. Also as some others have stated if you have a chance to make a lot of money out of a company would you not support it. 1 p or 2.5 p will be nothing to a large company

Blackwash It was the wording that spooked most people. I think the impression was that they had enough money until May/June as the burn was slower.It should have been apparent to all that they would have to raise some cash. As you rightly say if they are to be in production for 2020 they need to get contracts in place by March /April

Without the we will wind up the company bit the price would not have dropped as much. Last week the comment was the money has lasted longer than we thought and they gave the impression that they had funding sorted

Depends how many of their larger shareholders they can convince to buy in and how much Freepoint want to invest. It would be in their interest to keep them afloat

Looking at the timelines we will need to be patient as apart from the Oil Major there does not look like there will be any further revenue in 2019. Unless I am missing something

Completely in agreement a year ago the news we have had this week wouldhave added significantly to the share price. I for one though cannot justify adding to my holding no matter how attractive it looks
