The difference a year makes. A year ago that would have moved the share north. It can only be a matter of time before they announce that their has been a placing (assumption) otherwise there should have been an open offer by now. With secured funds this will only go one way

I think that they will have a placing before Christmas which will give them a couple of years cash and a 30% ish dilution. Then you can go back to sleep for 18 months

Hawkey I think that you maybe right. I would guess they have done a placing for 2 years cash to get them to 2020 so we would get diluted by about 25-30 %. But that is purely a guess

Surely we must be due an annoumncement shortly?? They usually like to get something out prior to the AGM. Even if it is one stating that how they will be raising money.

That is a tad harsh! They have failed so far as they have put all their eggs in one basket. They now have two companies looking into deals for them. Hopefully they can pick up something smaller to give them working capital. Could be a very interesting AGM

For me they need to have a signature on a grubby piece of paper before they raise finance and it would make sense that it was Freepoint who would then have a vested interest. No contract who will put the money up?? A 'we will have a contract shortly will not suffice.

From the RNS I would assume that they think that they will have a good story to raise at a higher level than it is now. If they don't I cannot see them raing much at all.
The best option would be to give one of our Partners a stake for some cash.

With the additional broker they are probably going for a fund raising. In the past this has usually been preceded by the BOD pulling a rabbit out of the hat prior ( although the bunny has latter hopped off). A fund raising without that would not be great! Thoughts??

A fund raise is a certainty unless a proper contract is signed in the next year. They are kissing frogs at the moment. One of them my turn out to be thePrince!

What would be the point of having a partnership if it is just to con the investors? I am sure Freepoint would not be Party to that
